Super efficient and does a great job. His prices are extremely reasonable. I used to get 2 or 3…read moreestimates on exhaust work and now I go straight to Rose's because he was always the most affordable. His work is very good and lasts as long or longer than those that wanted a lot more. He is very easy to talk to and will give you a real estimate. One job I got an estimate of over $200 from another garage for a very small job. Everett had to do a little more than anticipated and there was an extra cut and welding and he was still a tiny fraction of the other shop. They estimated 2 hours and he estimated 20 minutes (it took him 15 minutes and he was under his estimate). I've had work down by him at least half a dozen times on multiple vehicles and I've always been more than happy with both the work and the price. I wish there were more businesses like his.

I recently purchased a new vehicle through McClurg Chrysler. What a pleasant experience it was…read moredoing business with this dealership. From the no hassles test drive, to the sales person sitting down with me and going over many different options and scenarios to see which one would work best. Delivery of vehicle was smooth, hassle free with all required paperwork being in place already, all I had to do was sign, inspect vehicle and drive away. I Highly recommend this dealer, if you are in one of the nearby cities, I highly encourage you to make the drive out into the country and truly experience the no pressure, no hassles sales experience you will receive at McClurg Chrysler.

The guy John was rude when I asked if he checked to see if there was any oil on plugs after he told me all I needed was ignition coil pack and plugs. He said all he could tell me is based on code I needed coil and plugs which they could do for $418. I paid the evaluation fee of $ 110 which couldn't have taken more than ten minutes to put code reader on. I took it to another garage to have ignition coil and plugs put in to find out that one of the cylinders was leaking oil as spark plug was covered. And I bought the factory parts for $ 118 and took 15 minutes to install.

I didn't go in haggling and stupid me let my guard down just to get a deal done. The credit app/ process imo is less than straight forward as they present you with " options" on your payments ( they initially DO NOT show you the payments WITHOUT some form of EXTRA warranty on it) When I declined any warranty I was hounded by credit manager for next 10 mins and basically he insinuated how careless I was being for not choosing any! Upon arriving home I noticed various things I needed to repair ( wiper blades were falling off, fog lamp burned out , and now realized NO spare OR jack/ lug wrench at all!) People, maybe it's just me but for a 3 yr old jeep that has the SIMMONS ROCKWELL name on license plate frames ( oh yeh and NO license bracket on front!) and emblem on car you would think they could do a complete check for these NECESSITIES!! They probably got a good 1500-2000 profit on me and already will cost me another $250 to pay for these things since I've yet to hear back from them. Be careful
