I was hundreds of miles from home, so the driver let me ride with him to the shop. Upon arrival, they allowed me to use their facilities, charge my phone, and sit inside the waiting area while I called the insurance company. Everybody in the shop, from the owners to the customers, were very helpful and polite. Every time I had a question for the insurance claim, several people would offer an answer! After several hours on the phone with insurance in their lobby, I finally had a rental car, but no way to get to it. The owner heard me on the phone with a taxi company that was going to charge me $60 for a ride. He offered me a ride with one of the employees, instead. Awesome, good people with that good old sense of helping people out when they are in a bad situation. Thank you.

I made an appt for an oil change but the lady who scheduled it had no idea how much it was. I made the appt and said I'd call for a price later. I called today and the owner answered... a very nice man (or so I thought). I asked how much the oil change was and after being put on hold twice, I was wondering what the big deal was to find out how much an oil change would be. Well.... I found out when he came back and finally told me an oil change was $70. I responded... really, for an oil change? He said yes. I said, I'm sorry I can't pay that please cancel my appointment. HE came back with..."Fine... find someplace else to have your oil changed and do NOT ever call back here for an appointment of any kind again" And he hung up. I really thought I found a great mechanic who is just around the corner from my house. I was referred to him by my brother who has had plenty of work done by him. I told him that if I could find someone I could trust they would have my service for life. The man came around the desk and shook my hand and said, "then we have your business for life." Now several years later, I can say that they still have my business. I trust these people and they have never let me down.
