I checked all my tires and at first all of them looked good, the TPMS in the Honda CRV 2016 EXL, only lights up and lets you know there is a loss of pressure from the tires. I started by checking the pressure with my tire gauge for all 4 tires, eventually finding the culprit to be my rear right passenger tire with a 2 inch screw which was actually not all the way into the tire. Oddly, i was on my way from Binghamton University and I had previously check my tires the day before. Anytime I take a trip that is greater than 100 miles, i always do a visual inspection of the tires and I also recalibrate the air pressure to maximize my MPG. So finding a screw embedded in the tire was upsetting but clearly unavoidable. When i got out at exit 84 off 17 East, i made a run to the gas station but they do not repair flats, instead my wife looked up a Napa Auto parts store and I walked in to ask if they could help. The attendant at the store sent me down the block to a repair shop and they were able to plug the tire without even taking the tire out. It took about 15 minutes as they removed the screw, the repair person showed it to me and he immediately plugged the tire as I watch. I paid him $20, as I paid cash! Greatly appreciated that they help me and that it was a quick fix. They were quick, friendly and efficient.

Then finally a lady comes out at 3:45 only to say they are closed (also saying they close at 4) and that everything is locked up? So they must have began locking things up around 3:30 Im assuming? I looked at my watch and back at her, even told her my confirmation with the salesman. She didn't seem to care. Seems to be a place not too concerned about keeping business and a reputation. Like who locks up (roughly) a whole half hour before official close? Do they not realize their sales base works as well?
