Not the greatest selection of materials when it comes to cabinets, but the price was very good on everything. We saved a ton of money on the countertop especially through them. For example, there were less than 20 options for the cabinet design/colour/material, and they could not be customized that much. But again, the countertop had a massive selection and even though we selected a more basic/budget one, it worked out really well in the end. Their team handled the installation and heavy lifting (and I mean heavy, they lugged everything up a flight of stairs with no complaints). We used the Langley Office in June 2023 and were very satisfied with the final result. The Shaker cabinets are sturdy and well made and lined with wood. The drawers are soft closing with wood sides and dove tail joints. We were able to do some customization to meet our needs with slightly deeper upper cabinets and a wall cabinet that was on a diagonal by the phone. We also put door panels on the ends of all the cabinets for aesthetics. It took over 10 visits to finalize the design plans . Our salesperson Andy was extremely patient and helpful to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. The installer came on time and did an excellent job. He was very precise and experienced. He was even able to add another shelf to our pantry the day of install. Much appreciated. We recommend Vancouver Cabinets due to their quality and price. Judging from its location, they should be offering better service as it's not a high-traffic area, should be grateful for any walk-in traffic. 2 ppl at the front, not even a hi! Have to admit it's nice style and good quality, solid granite and wood when you touch the counter tops and open the cabinets. but that's about it. 3 or 4 sample complete kitchens to show, and not cheap. Despite all the bad reviews, we had a great experience. We went to the Richmond store, and Leo was the best sales person to deal with. We ordered a custom L shape bathroom cabinet and a regular size cabinet. The quality of the cabinet and the price were very good and the installation crew was very efficient and professional. When the counter top was installed, there were small scratch. They replaced it into a brand new one next day! My husband and I are very happy with the result. We went to Vancouver Cabinets to get bathroom vanities because we really liked the look of their cabinets. When we got there we looked at them more closely and they looked great. Almost all of them are nice simple shaker style cabinets, the stains/colours look nice, and they look like they are built fairly well, even though we know they are shipped over from China in flat boxes and then assembled here. The price was also pretty good. We bought 3 bathroom vanities (10 lin. ft.) for about $900 + taxes. They also have a decent selection of handles/knobs and soft-closing drawers and doors. The service though leaves a lot to be desired. We were expecting the cabinets to arrive May 16th, however, the salesperson had told us that they may come in a bit earlier. He had given us a few specific dates (I think those were the dates that containers were arriving from China). My wife called Monday, May 9th and talked to our salesperson directly. She asked him if the cabinets were in and he said yes, they are in, and that she could pick them up. My wife asked him why he hadn't called her, and he just said that they were going to call her but hadn't yet. My wife called later that day to confirm that she was going to come and pick them up the following day (May 10th). Our salesperson had left for the day so my wife talked to a woman instead, who told her that the cabinets would not be ready until May 16th. My wife said that the salesperson told her they were ready, but was given no explanation from the woman for why he thought they were ready on May 9th. She called the salesperson directly on his cellphone informing him that the woman had told her they weren't ready yet. His response? "Oh, well, she must be right, she does all the ordering." My wife was again given no explanation for the mix-up or why he would have and said that they were ready when she called on the 9th. When my wife went to pick them up on May 16th, she had to wait 45 minutes while they got the cabinets for her. Even though my wife had called on May 15th to confirm that they were ready. You would think they could have retrieved the cabinets (which were unassembled in flat boxes) and had them ready to go for her. Please, stay away from this store unless you don't mind being driven insane by their abysmal customer service. read more

We were the dealer for Vancouver Cabinets, and let me tell you the products you get is totally different than the one you see from their showroom. The quality is just not the same. I guess they just put the good one in their show room to trick you to buy. And when the customer complain the quality is not good, all they can say is you should check your product before your install. No I have a really upset customer on my end. Langley location.Had new kitchen cabinets installed. Nice enough to deal with until you make your last payment. and that's where the service ended. we had issues of cabinet doors that didn't have the proper hinges and they banged into our new microwave and also banged into our new fridge. Mike the manager sent a crew out and their solution was to stick rubber bumpers on to the microwave!!! we are still find problems with handle that were installed crooked and edges that were not stained. I totally agree with the other 2 reviews here! We are not very satified the way our cabinets and counters have turned out. We have spend over $20,000 on these products with their NEW VICTORIA STORE. Not only was the installation process very UNPROFESSIONAL and not completed in the time frame we were told (took over a month and half), but the end product definitely not agree with the sign in the showroom stating "what you see is what you get". The person responsible for ordering the cabinets and granite, installing the cabinets and installing the granite, in my opinion, really messed up and now we get to bear the burnt of it. Not very fair to us as customers and now we have to look at what is installed and remember the horrible experience we are still going through. Our family member bought his cabinets from Cowlry cabinets and your so called General Manager Gordon, also presented himself as GMR Marketing Consultant at the same office.....go figure....(I really doubted his DESIGNER qualification ?) assured us your product and installation would be comparable if not superior and professional. Again, definitely not the case and in my opinion this was FALSE advertising. Unfortunately , we would not recommend the use of this company to any of our friends or family building or renovating a home. We are regretting our decision to use this company for our new home. We have been waiting for Gordon's reply for 3 weeks, the answer is totally unacceptable. He made it sounds like we are trying to rip them off. BEWARE ! UPDATE: We found out from their Head Office that the ONE and only GENERAL MANAGER's name is Tony, NOT GORDON. He's trying to present himself as General Manager to get customers' trust. Having a new baby in the home at the time we need this kitchen done in a timely matter and he was able to get it done with the time frame we gave him. From the moment we meet with Siva to discuss the options available to us right down to the final touches, we couldn't have done it... with out him.
