The ambience was a fast food restaurant, so not much to say there. Something weird I did notice was that when ordering on their digital menu, some sections weren't in English at all even though we changed the language settings to English. My friend and I were just guessing at what we were clicking. I understand a lot of their customers may be able to read that, but I do hope they fix it so more people can enjoy their food!

The original character chicken statue outside the shop was so cute and eye-catching! I got the Signature Original Crispy Chicken with Korean sweet and spicy sauce (on the side) and the Seaweed Chicken. The Signature Chicken reminded me of Korean-style fried chicken--the batter was super crispy, and the chicken was incredibly tender and juicy. I really loved it! The Seaweed Chicken was a bit different from the Signature one. It had less batter, a fluffy seaweed coating, and even more tender chicken. It was simple but really good as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with Zhengxin Chicken and Burger. I will definitely be back to try different menu items!

I did not know what to expect, but I am glad I tried this place. Shawn's Chicken is a ~Chinese~ fried chicken joint featuring classic choices of spicy or regular chicken. My friend ordered the 3 piece spicy combo and I ordered the 2 piece regular combo. I think the prices are average - the 2 and 3 piece are just a dollar apart so it's probably more value to just get the 3 piece combo. The chicken is prepared fresh on the spot. The skin is very crispy and delicious! There is also a faint seasoning in both the regular and the spicy chicken that makes it quite unique. I can't put my finger on what that flavour is but it's distinct and very Chinese haha. The meat inside is tender and juicy, perfect all around. There are a couple bar seats to dine in but generally I can see people taking it out to eat for the most comfort. I will be back!

It's an area filled with lots of fast food spots, all competing for customers so there tends to be an abundance of price boards, advertising posters and daily specials boards, so this place fits right in. I decided to order the 10 piece fried chicken family bucket. It took a little more than 20 minutes to prepare, so not exactly fast food, but it was definitely fresh. I ate it at home about 15 minutes later: - Fried Chicken: Very good. Considering I got it to go, where quality can only go down in that time, the skin was still crispy, but not too hard. Meat was hot and juicy, although I did find a couple dry spots. I got the mild flavour, but still had a nice amount of spice and flavour to it. - Fries: Good. Probably would've been better if eat fresh, but still good. - Macaroni Salad: OK. Wetter than most, but had flavour, so no complaints. As a fast food setup, service was minimal. Good enough. My only warning: there's a very small step at the entrance that is easily missed. So I almost lost my balance walking in, and almost tripped on the way out. Overall, pretty good food. If I was in the area, and wanted I bite, I would consider going back. Their weekly specials look like a good deal.

You're telling me 7 pieces are $28 normally?? I'm very sure they skimp out on their uber eat deals because the receipt doesn't say 2 medium size but instead 2 "PRM" which I assume is promotion. I was very disappointed with the size. With other Korean fried chicken places the medium sizes are ~$22-25 and their family sizes are ~$30-35, with much more chicken than NeNe's supposedly $56 worth of chicken. The chicken itself is very juicy. The red snowing is good but much spicier than expected. I like the red mayo that goes with it. Although it is also labelled red, the mayo isnt spicy and pairs well with the red snowing.

This is truly a fried chicken place as fried chicken is the only entree item on menu. We ordered both bone in and boneless in original, snowing chili and snowing cheese flavors. The cheese one had a flavor close to white cheddar popcorn. Tasted great but after two pieces, I had enough. I ate more of the original and snowing chili ones. The spicy flavor invited us to eat more, . The skins were crispy and the meat itself was moist and flavorful. However, besides the flavor, I don't feel they are any different from KFC. There was only two booths that can seat 6 persons max each. So, better plan on takeout than eat-in.

We ordered a chicken salad, chicken and waffle and a medium order of original red chicken The chicken salad with the yuzu dressing was very tasty and the chicken tenders were great tasting too. however, it might be good if staff can pick out some of the old wilting leaves in the salad which i found a few. The croissant waffles were very well made and the boneless chicken went well with rhe sauce too. The original red wings were fried very well with super crispy skin. we were unsure if the slices of bread were meant to be eaten or as a layer to prevent the sauce leaked to rhe box? We ordered mild flavored and I had asked at the cashier if we could have some mango flavored sauce to try (at other similar joints, there would be bottles of sauces to try), and was told it would be a $1.50 charge. I declined. So it was a nice surprise when the other staff brought a white (think it's garlic something) sauce and a hot sauce for the wings. Then she asked if we wanted water and got us some. The place was quite busy and it took some time for the food to be ready. Saw some customers grumbling about the long wait. Think it took about 15-20 mins for our food. There was lots of orders for delivery. The place was half packed with dine in customers. My friend had the quarter chicken with grilled vegetables and they were good. I had the chicken and rice bowl. I also added pineapple to it. I was expecting grilled pineapple rings but the pineapple was chopped up and mixed into the rice bowl so I could barely see it or taste it. Not recommended to add pineapple. But the chicken rice bowl was delicious! We had the wings to share and they were yummy too. This place also sells cheesecake slices from Cheesecake Factory. It is $10.45 after tax for a slice. I think that's pretty close to what it costs down in the US after currency conversion. So if you love the cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory, you don't have to cross the border. This place closes late, around midnight on weekend, so it's great for late night food. As I had not seen my friend in a while, we stayed for quite a while catching up and did not feel like we had to vacate the table immediately after finishing our food. I would come here again for the food and if I get hungry late at night. Side and street parking are available.
