Quick story about my experience with the staff at this dealership. I bought a truck from this dealership only to find out it wasn't WATERPROOF. What happened was that during the few raining days that I had left my truck in my driveway water leaked in from the top corner of the rear windshield. I called the dealership to try and speak with someone but they told me I would have to call another day because the used car manager had left and he was the person I needed to speak with. I called on a different day and the receptionist answer. She asked what I needed help with and I explained to her what happened so she transferred me to the manager. The thing is the manager never answered the phone all I would hear is the phone being picked up and hanged up right away. This went on for a few days and nobody wanted to talk to me. I tried different approaches as to talking to different departments but it was the same thing over and over. All I wanted was to speak with someone. When we arrived, he passed us off to Alfredo while pretending to work with finance. Angel assured us the car was being cleaned and prepped for us. Then Alfredo suddenly told us the car had been "sold that morning" and was no longer available. What makes it worse is that I literally saw another salesperson showing the exact same car on their computer to another customer, most likely someone willing to pay full price. When I told him I would be towing it elsewhere and to leave the keys with someone for the tow truck driver to grab from, HE GHOSTED ME AND HID MY KEYS before clocking out and leaving. I purchased my truck from this dealership and had a great buying experience, so I had high hopes for the service department. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I brought my truck in for a recall and also mentioned a noise coming from the front end. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told they would need the truck for five days. That seemed excessive, but I agreed. The moment I walked into the service center, I got the vibe that no one really wanted to help. There were three service writers -- only one was with a customer. The other two didn't even look up or acknowledge me. Eventually, one called me over. He told me they'd need the truck for seven days, not five, and handed me a form to sign allowing the technician to drive my truck home. That was a red flag. I have a TRX, and I keep it parked deep in my driveway because two have been stolen in my neighborhood in the past six months. On top of that, the issue I described could be diagnosed without even moving the truck -- the noise happens while it's parked, and the steering wheel is moved. I of course agreed to let them test drive it while they had it. Over the next few days, I tracked my truck and saw it hadn't been moved once. On day four, I called for an update and was told it hadn't even been looked at yet, but they would "get to it that day or the next." I never received a call. On the seventh day, the truck was still parked in the same spot. I left voicemails for both my service writer and the service manager (because it's nearly impossible to speak to someone directly) saying I'd be picking up my truck the next day. When I arrived, no one was aware I was coming. My service writer was off, and again, no one apologized for the fact that after eight days, my truck hadn't even been touched and no one had contacted me. I wasn't surprised to see another customer in a heated exchange with a different service writer. Then I waited about 40 minutes for them to bring my truck around. After reading through other one-star reviews, both recent and older, it's clear that poor service is a consistent issue here -- and unfortunately, it doesn't seem like anything is being done to change that. read more

Three years ago, we signed a lease for a car. At the time of purchase, the staff was incredibly friendly. But just three months in, the horn stopped working -- and I had a newborn in the car at the time. Imagine getting on the freeway and a truck tries to merge into your lane, and you have no horn to warn them -- with your newborn in the backseat!! A month later, the car alarm stopped working. Then the real issues began -- the car would randomly shut off while driving, or I'd press the gas and the car would shift itself into neutral and not move. When I brought it in, someone checked it and couldn't figure out why it kept getting stuck in neutral. They told me I'd have to leave it for a minimum of two weeks. I asked for a loaner, because it made no sense that I'd be left without a car -- especially a brand-new one I just got three months ago. He laughed in my face and said if I couldn't manage without a car for two weeks, I should just come back when I could. I ended up solving the issue myself by watching a YouTube video -- something their certified mechanic couldn't do. Honestly, embarrassing for them. After six months of ongoing issues with the car, I returned to the person who sold it to me. He told me there's nothing they could do -- and again offered to take the car in for a minimum of two weeks, with no replacement vehicle. I refused and kept driving the car. Now, as my lease is about to end, they won't stop harassing me with calls and emails -- it's been a nightmare! I blocked every number and email I could, and now they're calling from different numbers. Today, I went in to request my payoff quote and found out they put me on a 39-month lease instead of 36 -- something they completely misled me about at the time of signing! I clearly remember asking for a discount, and the manager, Mike, came back happily to say it was approved -- but what he actually did was extend the lease by three months without telling me! I've been waiting for five months to get a rental car so I can take my Jeep in for service because it keeps turning off automatically and sometimes won't start. Their 'GM' does not stand by his offer. Stopped by to finalize an appraisal on my trade in from Carfax online and took a look at a RAM 2500. Test drove it and cranked some numbers. Their KBB offer was $5,000 less than what I had received but they were willing to match it. Sale price (discount) was nowhere near what a local competitor was offering ($10k difference) and we (Chase [SM?]), but agreed to part ways so that I could undercover the price at the competitor (transparency is everything) and make an informed decision. On the way back to my car I was intercepted by my salesman and said the manager wanted to speak with me for 2 minutes. I kindly refused and went along my way. I was then texted by one of the directors, Selena, with an offer from the GM a price match with the competitor (See picture), which I then agreed to. I come back a couple of hours later only to be greeted by Sagar (SM). Claiming there was a miscommunication and the best he could do is $5k difference. I explained that Selena had spoke to the GM and texted me that he would match the competitors discount. Sagar then admitted the GM doesn't work on weekends and he had his authority to make offers but would not honor mine. He said he could subtract from the price and lower my trade value or any combination of, even threatened to add $5k in addendum charges he was insistent at keeping this $5k. All this as we saw salesman try to push a sale on a family, raising his voice as more of his associates gathered around them. Sagar was clearly frustrated with the push back from me. I ended up explaining to him that I would seek further clarification with John S, the actual GM at a later date. Sales managers here use the title of General Manager loosely and speak on his behalf when he's clearly not there. This is clearly a tactic to make potential buyers feel like their offers are going to the 'top'; Sagar admitted that the GM doesn't work the weekends which may explain the lack of professionalism observed throughout. We did see several salesmen just lounging about, toying inside one of the dealers used stock escalades. Bottom line is: lack of professionalism and an agreement is such and written. We went in for a oil change for our gran cherokee, droped it off and told us they were going to call us within 2 hours, 2 hours past we call and my car wasn't even on the shop. 4hrs later my wife call and they forgot, so they were going to do it right away. They added a $5,000 Mopar MultiCare service to my contract -- something I REPEATEDLY said I DID NOT want. And it wasn't just added secretly -- they charged me WAY ABOVE the normal market price for it. Here's their scam play-by-play: They told me I'd get a "better deal" if I financed the car. Then asked for a $5,000 down payment. I agreed, thinking the loan would subtract that. BUT when I received the final documents from the bank, I realized the loan amount DIDN'T deduct the down payment -- meaning I was paying $5,000 on top of the agreed price. That $5,000 was disguised as the Mopar service I NEVER agreed to. When I went back to cancel, they promised multiple times it was taken care of and I'd get my money back in 60 days. They even warned me not to pay off the loan early, or I might "lose the refund" -- ANOTHER LIE to keep me stuck in the loan. In reality, THEY NEVER CANCELED ANYTHING. I contacted Mopar directly -- and they confirmed the service was NEVER removed. So I didn't just lose $5,000 -- I also got stuck with massive interest charges from the bank. The service department told us the repairs would take two weeks and recommended leaving the Jeep there so it could be disassembled and ready when the parts arrived. They also provided a number for rental car reimbursement. Two weeks passed with no updates. When my husband called, we were shocked to learn that the Jeep hadn't even been touched the entire time. No one bothered to inform us, and at this rate, it would have taken another two weeks (or longer) to complete the repairs. Frustrated, we returned the rental-- which had been charged to our credit card-- and took the Jeep to another service center. Now, Jeep is refusing to reimburse us for the rental, despite their failure to communicate. Even worse, they're acting as if we never brought the vehicle in at all. I ended up paying $43,000 for a $33,500 advertised price. I should have walked when I was told the truck in the ad was already sold. And then came the add on's. The security system already installed. $1495. Coating protection, $1300. 2 year warranty, $3700. It's been years since I've needed to walk into a dealership and boy, I got rooked. $20,000 cash down and $23,000 financed. I called to at least have the warranty readjusted. The manager said he'd call me back in a half hour. Of course...crickets. Now I have to jump through hoops with Mopar to cancel the warranty to try and save a little money. First they tried to get me into some high interest financing with my FICO in the 800's. That's when I really should have left. I could go on and on. It's amazing that dealerships could be forthcoming and reasonable and sell more vehicles instead of being out for blood and get a bad reputation as evidenced by all the bad reviews. Was shopping for a new vehicle online and reached out to them when I spotted multiple low mileage Giulias on their own site as well as TrueCar. Spoke with 2 different people that confirmed all 3 vehicles were available and on the lot. The next day they text to confirm the time as well as the vehicles being available to test drive. I'm told that the gray one is no longer available, but they still have the white one. I confirm for noon to give myself some time to get there, but there's no traffic so get there around 10:30. I walk the lot and don't see the car, no big deal... maybe it's being cleaned or staged. The saleswoman says she's going to go check on the vehicle before returning to usher us inside. She says she's having problems with her computer and passes us to the salesman who approached us on the lot. He offers hs some water and taps on his keyboard for a few minutes before telling us that it looks like the car must have been sold. Surprise surprise, I'm a little agitated at this point because I've just driven from Manhattan Beach to Van Nuys to look at a car that definitely wasn't on the lot at any point that day. Without even an apology, he starts offering other vehicles with +20k miles and a newer model Ti with reasonably low miles. I make up some excuses about wear and tear on the sunroof just to get get out. I'm not about to give my business to a dealership who tries to run bait and switches or worse, couldn't bother checking their inventory before confirming an appointment. I ended up buying a 23 Giulia with only 90 miles at another dealership that ironically came from their lot. Very satisfied with the purchase. read more

This place is shady flea market car shop. Importantly, you know all those dealer mark ups? The Jeep I bought already had the paint protection added to it as the General Manager who owned the vehicle before me told me so I asked "well if you bought this vehicle Just a year or so ago and the paint protection is already on there and supposedly good for years and years, why am I forced to pay for it again" His exact words "that's just how we have to do it" This place is scam run by even more scammers. read more
