Leslie at the front desk is very pleasant and the office is nice and clean. Jack was very comfortable with Dr. An. I was given a written estimate on the low and the high side. I scheduled an appointment a few days later after his bloodwork showed he should be fine with anesthesia. I brought Jack in at 8:30 and I was able to pick him up at 3:30. Dr. An called after Jack was sedated to let me know that his teeth needed to be extracted. 6 teeth! Jack did great and he is acting like a puppy again. He's able to eat without pain! The charge ended up right in the middle.

With her care and treatment plan, Cory regained his ability to walk, and we were able to avoid unnecessary surgery. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and supportive, especially toward my 11-year-old senior Chihuahua, Cory. Whenever I have questions about his medications, refills, or follow-up care, everyone is always patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. I have yet to find another veterinary office that provides this level of care and communication. At today's follow-up appointment, I was worried that Cory's spinal infection had returned because he had become weaker and his mobility had declined. After a thorough examination, the team discovered a lump near his mouth and recommended that I follow up with his primary veterinarian, as it may be contributing to his decreased appetite.
