I called up the auto mechanic shop and was greeted with a gentlemen who turned out to be the owner - Greg. Greg, asked me a few questions about my vehicle and ended up scheduling me same day for an oil and filter change. Upon arrival, I was immediately noticed how clean and organized the shop was along with how friendly the guys were. What I loved about this place was how efficient and professional they were with me. Being a female and bringing a vehicle in for service, it's somewhat nerve wrecking because a lot of auto shops can/will take advantage of women, but NOT this shop. I dropped my car off and walked down the street to a shopping center while I waited for my car to be fixed. Greg ended up calling me an hour later notifying me that he was finished with the oil and filter change and recommended that I get another filter within the vehicle replaced within the next 10k miles. Usually, auto shops will pressure you to buy this and replace that..not these guys. I felt really good about bringing my Jeep here and I'm glad I did. He even took the time to show me how to check for certain updates on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of on the dashboard. But as it turns out the work performed really improved the performance of my car. The one struct was replaced and now my car sits up much higher than before. Also the deception and lying became the normal standard operating procedure from the same manager (who is gravitationally challanged). Its like dealing with a slimly used car sales man. I referred 8 of my friends to use the business as well but they are now going elsewhere now. I spent 3 decades in the army and know when I am being bull sh$tted. There are many other garages on Vandyke drive past this one. they all charge the same so dont pay top dollar for a bunch of deception and bull crap.
