The manager Theresa took 5 days to get back to me, which she then responded with "you told the stylist you liked it, so if you want it changed, you will have to pay for another service." Even after I had explained why I told the stylist I liked it in the first place. I was told not to worry, my hair would fade, well almost a month later.. It still has not faded. I will never be returning here.

The environment is very clean and comfortable. It is also conveniently located right across from Sunridge mall. What impresses me the most is the quality of the supplies they use for nails. It's the first time where my nails are extremely durable, don't chip, and the nail colours do not fade whatsoever. I can go much longer than usual before requiring a fill. Their prices are also extremely competitive!
