Our furnace suddenly stopped working one night, and because of several issues with our home warranty company, we weren't able to get help for a few days. Luckily, we eventually contacted All Solutions through my sister's recommendation. They returned our call quickly and scheduled an inspection right away. When Matt arrived, he completed the inspection in under five minutes and answered all my questions with great professionalism. Since the replacement part had to be shipped from out of state, he told us the earliest estimate would be the next day or two, and assured us that he would let us know as soon as it arrived. Matt also patiently helped me fill out all the documents required by the home warranty company. Around 2 p.m. the next day, Samantha called to let us know that the part hadn't arrived yet, but they were actively tracking it. This call and update made us feel truly cared for--we didn't feel forgotten, and we appreciated the proactive update. Around 5 p.m., Nick called and told us he was also tracking the package and would inform us the moment it arrived. Then at around 7 p.m., he called again saying the part had finally come in and asked if it was convenient for him to come over to install it. About 20 minutes later, Nick arrived. Not only did he replace the part quickly and professionally, he also performed a maintenance check on our furnace to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was kind, humorous, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. The whole experience was fast, smooth, and reassuring. When I followed up, staff were completely unapologetic. They refused to reschedule me until more than a month after the original appointment--conveniently after all promotional offers on the Generac units had expired. This level of disregard for a customer's time and the appearance of deliberately waiting out promotions before offering service is unacceptable. Four Seasons demonstrated zero professionalism and zero respect for its customers. I will not do business with them and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we were decieved by all the five star reviews which we have since learned from both the BBB as well as the DOJ should never be trusted or relied upon. Bridge City Heating and Refrigeration sold us a top line air conditioner that stopped working at the 16 month point, after only 22 times of use. They dumped in five pounds of refrigerant, which had leaked out, then refused to do a leak search or repair. There was no manufacturer's defect so we were unable to make use of the ten year warranty. Since we are in the hot summer season it was not easy to get on the schedule of another company but, thankfully, we found a company that located the massive leak and made the repair. But we were forced to pay almost $3,000 out of pocket for our barely-used, expensive appliance. When deciding about which company to use to purchase and install your new HVAC equipment, be very careful about about basing your decision on their "perfect" but unreliable reviews.
