It really needed a good cleaning. They took it apart carefully and cleaned all the pieces/parts. Did a thorough check of everything to make sure there were no leaks/damage. The tech was very knowledgeable and kept a clean working space. I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself and was all done within 2 hours (gone and out the door). The price was reasonable for the state our fireplace was in. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them again

In no time at all, he diagnosed and fixed the issue with our AC drain line and, on top of that, explained everything to me and showed me how to fix this same issue myself in the future. As if that wasn't enough, he pointed out (politely!) that we were using the wrong size furnace filter--and replacing them more often than needed. He told me what size we should be using, and why, and where to find them. I could not be happier with these guys, and will absolutely be using them again for any and all of our HVAC needs.

We hired Able for a furnace replacement this past winter. They were fairly quick in getting a…read morefurnace in and getting us on their schedule. I arranged my schedule to be here for them the entire install day. At the end of the day, when they couldn't get the unit to heat properly, they realized that they had actually installed the wrong furnace. So I arranged my day the next day so that they could come and remove the incorrect unit. It was another all-day job and they sent out an entirely different crew than was out here the day before. When we originally got a quote from them for the work, they charged a $200 service fee which they told us would be taken off of the invoice if we replaced the system. They, however, did not remove or credit the extra $200 when we bought the $8000 system. I called and left 4 messages with their accounting person, Roxanne. Not one call back. I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to have a manager call me. A manager did call several days later and told me he would take care of it and make sure they refunded us the difference. After several weeks of not receiving anything, I called him back and again, he said he would take care of it. I called to ask for another manager 2 more times after that over the course of several weeks. Nothing. Nobody would call me back, no check was sent. So after me taking 2 full days out for the install, them installing the wrong furnace, and then stiffing me on the $200 we were told we would get back, I cannot recommend Able. It's been 6 months of calls and messages and being ignored.

A couple days after we moved in, we kept hearing the most bizarre sounds in the wall. We researched plumbing companies & Cornels came right up. I reached out on a Tuesday and got a response within minutes! We were able to chat via text which was honestly very convenient. They were able to address my concerns professionally & were soooo friendly. I was able to get scheduled the very next day. Wednesday morning rolled around and I got a text with Brenden's picture, which made me feel super safe and even provided a little information about him. He then called and asked if it was a good time for him to head over and gave his ETA. When Brenden arrived he was friendly, warm, and so professional. He was able to easily see what was going on, explain to me in a way I could understand what was going on, and assured me if we still continued to hear the noise to call back. He said ge would not service it because it will only make it a couple of weeks. They charged me $89 anyways. I called and got a refund since they refused to service it. Nice that they refunded money for service they never performed. They gave me an estimate of over 10k to replace it. I called clean air act. They serviced it up and said it's still has a lot of life left. Now 2026 Chris is texting me wanting to service it on a special of $49. Why? So they can refuse to service it again? They only want to replace units not service them. Here is a picture how they left it last summer. Refused to clean it too. It is still running strong.
