After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. Some of the BEST $ I ever spent! I ALWAYS suggest pre-purchase inspection of ANY used car, irrespective of ANY dealership saying "we thoroughly inspect all of our vehicles."

Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!
