All these quick oil change places try to up sell you on other products. The first thing that went wrong they had two different guys give me two different prices.Every time I go there they have different people working there. The second thing they did wrong was not putting the recommended amount of oil in my car.My engine light came on.I pulled over the car was 1 1/2 quarters low.No my car does not burn oil or have any leaks. It gets better. The third thing they did was give me a price of 24.99 each for two air filters. Then I asked them to check the incabin air filter. It needed changing.I told the guy to change it.Without him giving me a price.He changed it and charged me 50.00 for a 10.00 filter. This is what happens when you trust the wrong people. Never again will I use them for anything.

He called and spoke to Megan who was very helpful and called around to find the right size tire for us. They were waiting for us when we got there and got us in right away. It only took them an hour to replace the tire. They even told us where we could get lunch within walking distance for a family of 5. I didn't grow suspicious until I took my gf car there for an oil change (because we both travel 90+ miles a day for work our cars are our life lines to our livelihood) And exactly 2 days later her 2018 Malibu started the same problems (shaking rough idle and a powerful odor of gasoline) So here we are I never had any motor problems for 2 years driving from Shelton corner to fort Walton and her never having any motor issues since she paid cash off the lot for her baby in 2018 So ask urself we had these vehicles for quite some time and never had any issues ( specially fuel issues ) and two days later the whole file system is shot and needs total repair So I called the General Manager and not only did he argue with me about the probability of it not being his responsibility I asked why he has uneducated techs offering and pushing motor flushes on high mileage vehicles for and extra 100$ and causing motor problems for their customers his exact response "Motor flushes doesn't cause motor issues for high mileage vehicles So here we are : Dodge charger -3500$ repairs 1.5 months out of commission Had to move into a motel for a month to be closer to work away from family Chevy Malibu- 600$ inspection by Panama City Chevy dealership 6500$ repair invoice 3 months without a vehicle Loss of job And this was 2 weeks before Christmas How did my and her fuel system need complete replacement when all we had was a oil change? Recently had a tire rotation and they completely screwed something up. The truck was braking just fine until I had the work done. It has new brakes! So I bring it back in to have the service done and left the truck with them for well over 2 hours and went and killed time while they worked. I returned to find my truck sitting exactly where I parked it. Went inside to pay and the 2 guys inside looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about. They open the door and yell into the shop to find the guy that "helped" me. Well obviously I wasn't important at all because he had completely forgotten about my truck. Don't look at all of the 5 star reviews that they basically force you to give after every service. Look at the ones like this that you will find over and over. This place is awful and they know it. Lesson learned: Next time, I specify everything upfront so I don't get hit with surprise upcharges. He asked me for my name and didn't even ask me to get out of the car. He was able to locate the information from being there previously in another location. He talked me through the process and told me that I'd be done shortly. I was in and out of that location in less than 20 minutes which is something you were only see these days when it comes to oil changes. Highly recommend the service if you're looking to get an oil change done and you're in a hurry.!
