Do not go here! I finally took my truck to another place thankfully. They let an oil leak go for over 2 years despite me telling them every time that I was having to add a quart. Recently had a tire rotation and they completely screwed something up. The truck was braking just fine until I had the work done. It has new brakes! They then tell me my back brakes aren't working and that I need a cleaning and adjustment. Ok fine. Even though I know it's BS it's a 60 dollar service that takes 30 min. So I bring it back in to have the service done and left the truck with them for well over 2 hours and went and killed time while they worked. I returned to find my truck sitting exactly where I parked it. Went inside to pay and the 2 guys inside looked at me like they had no clue what I was talking about. They open the door and yell into the shop to find the guy that "helped" me. Well obviously I wasn't important at all because he had completely forgotten about my truck. Don't look at all of the 5 star reviews that they basically force you to give after every service. Look at the ones like this that you will find over and over. This place is awful and they know it. The most unethical repair shop I've encountered in 56 years on this planet. It all started when I picked up my car after being "repaired". They replaced the fuel pump on my 2007 Honda Fit. Car started up just fine and drove to Walmart gas station and filled up the gas tank. I then noticed that the fuel gauge only marked 1/4 tank. So I drove back and informed them that the fuel gauge was not working now and that it was working fine before they replaced the fuel pump. Honda Fit fuel pump assemblies also has the fuel level float attached to them. So, apparently the fuel level level part of the new pump obviously doesn't work. I was now told that they need to replace the faulty fuel pump they just installed to fix the new gasoline gauge issue and it might take a week for the new fuel pump to arrive. That's a lie. They order their parts from Advanced Auto Parts locally and I know for a fact that Advanced Auto has one in stock locally as I type this review. 2nd bad experience with them on the same day is I also noticed that the A/C and Heat was not working at all and the blower motor wouldn't even turn on. I did not have this problem before I let them work on my car. I asked them if they may have accidentally knocked a fuse loose when they were troubleshooting the fuel pump issue and they said they never checked any fuses at all. This answer shocked me, I proceeded to ask them why they would replace the fuel pump without checking the fuses? Honda Fit has a fuel pump fuse and a fuel pump relay and both are located under the the dashboard. I asked them to check and see if the A/C fuse was blown so I opened the fuse panel and they looked at it and told me there's no fuse there for the A/C. Actually there is a fuse there for the A/C it supposed to be in Slot number 10 and it takes a 7.5 amp fuse. I looked it up on YouTube while they pretended to be concerned about the fuel gauge not working. I grabbed a new 7.5 amp fuse from my glovebox and pressed it in slot number 10 and the A/C started working immediately. I did not have any problems with my cars A/C before. Someone removed the A/C fuse and it wasn't me. They marked up the fuel pump $226.00 I know they purchased from Advanced because Advanced Auto Parts was making a parts delivery as I stood there watching. They price gouged me on the fuel pump assembly for a total of $878.19 And the fuel gauge isn't working now. They also added to their records and it's printed on my receipt that my Honda Fit has 285,000 miles on it. It doesn't it actually has 283,190 on it, see picture below. I wouldn't let them fix a flat tire on a bicycle at this point. I implore you to think twice about letting them work on your vehicle. They never offer to correct the faulty "new" fuel pump. read more

A few months back, my wife was in the hospital an hour away and I was on the way to see her. Somehow I picked up a nail in my tire and got the dreaded flat tire along the way. I put my spare donut tire on and decided to continue on with the spare on just long enough to drop into the first tire place that looked decent enough to take a chance on. I would have preferred a business in my town, but, I had no choice. Well, I pulled up to Express Oil Change a bit nervous, but, ready to get this problem behind me so I could get to my wife. That's when I met Ervin Danford. I know his name because he gave me his card. Mr. Danford came right out to greet me, was very polite and took me right in immediately after our brief conversation. It didn't take long to figure out that he was the manager and it certainly isn't hard to understand why. There were other vehicles there at the time and despite it all, Mr. Danford made me and my flat tire his first priority so that I could go be with my wife in the hospital. Needless to say, he had that tire patched and back on my car, (with my spare tucked back away) quicker than it's taken to write this review. What impressed me most was you could see the entire crew was happy to be working with Mr. Danford. They were ALL polite and answered all my questions. The cash out/ payment procedure was a breeze as well. Im REALLY glad that I took that chance and stopped in to find what is now MY GO TO SHOP FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS. We live about 50 minutes away, they aren't close to where I live, but, I will from now on drive straight out of town and right to them. I am sorry I took this long to write this review. I hope that anyone reading it, doesn't hesitate one bit to take their vehicle to Mr. Danford and his crew at Express Oil Change. One single act of kindness goes a long way.
