On our way back home to Indiana our Alternator AND battery quit working. Mind you this is on a Friday at 4pm!! Luckily, we broke down at the Hideaway Bar and Grill in Bruce Fl instead of half a mile in either direction. The closest place for a repair was Wrench It Tire and Auto. I have AAA, but they would only tow to an approved dealer 35 miles away, and they were closed until Monday by the time our van would have made it there. I decided to call Wrench It Tire & Auto to let them know my situation. I talked to Heather (Josh's wife), who told me she would talk to her husband (Josh) to see if they could do anything for us. She said they would be willing to stay later that day to ensure we got back on the road that night! They appointed me as a fantastic tow driver(Larry) for a reasonable price. He had terrific hospitality! I knew we were in great hands when he told me about himself and the people who work at Wrench It. Josh confirmed it was the Alternator and battery. He said he could call his other tech to grab the part from a store that was 30 minutes away and start working on it. They worked on the van until it was past 10pm! They got her all fixed up and back up and running. They had so much patience because we didn't have nearly as much money for the parts and labor on one payment form, so they helped us use multiple different payment forms. I can't express how grateful our family is for this shop and the people who run it! If you're anywhere near Ponce De Leon, Florida area and want to make sure your vehicle is adequately taken care of by personable and caring people, then you NEED to come here! I wish they were in Indiana so I could go here whenever I need help with our vehicles! Again, thank you for all your hospitality and for ensuring my family made it home safely.
