Nope I have no words for this place. An experience or place I never will call or recommend to any one. Terrible and slow service.

Always prompt service and very reasonable prices. Friendly staff and couldn't ask for a better auto repair shop.

Truck and Auto Clinic - My bad tire

Truck and Auto Clinic

I was told I needed my turbo replaced on my engine from an auto part store engine check light…read morescanner. I took my Equinox to Truck and Auto and told them that's what they said it needed. They understood the year, make, and model of my car and asked if they could inspect it instead of instantly replacing the part. I had an intake tube come loose on one side. So instead of a 2,300 repair bill for nothing, they fixed my issue for $40 by using their care, knowledge and time. I'll forever be grateful for this place.

Can't say enough how much these guys helped me out! I was travelling through the area on my way to…read moreBiloxi when I picked up a large screw in a tire. I had tried to plug the tire about ten miles down the road, but the only patch kit I was able to find was a dinky one that lasted all of that ten miles before blowing out and leaving me with a very flat tire. I pulled into the clinic and asked if there was any way that they could help out... unfortunately they could not officially help me due to insurance reasons (I was on a motorcycle, so this was totally expected). However, they did me a solid and handed me a truck gauge plug that I could attempt to fix the tire with myself... and that worked perfectly! They were able to inflate the tire (no insurance clashes there!) and I was on the road again. Again, all the work and risk was done by myself, but they really helped out with their knowledge! I was able to get to Biloxi, where I was able to find a dealer that could replace the tire (Just can't trust a plug completely... the whole way there I was constantly checking tire pressure, which is distracting!) the next day, and that is what I did. Again, my heartfelt gratitude to these guys for helping me out!

My wife and I drove down to Key CDJR of Marianna on July 3 to look at a 2017 Toyota Camry. Based on…read moreour deeply unprofessional experience with their sales staff, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The vehicle we looked at was in terrible condition and had clearly not been prepped for sale. It had a huge dent on the door, rust and sticky residue behind all the handles and trunk, completely fogged headlights, and heavily stained interior. When we politely told our salesman, Al Gammon, that we needed a moment to discuss the car, he rudely replied, "Did you not talk about it on the way down?" When I pointed out the blatant condition issues, he became defensive instead of helpful. He told us, "Where are you going to find a 2017 Camry with no scratches and dents?" and dismissively claimed it just needed a detail. Finally, instead of trying to assist us, he abruptly stated, "I guess this is not the car for you." Mr. Gammon bragged about having 14 years of sales experience, yet he lacks basic customer respect. I escalated this to the General Manager, Doug Driscoll, who offered a written apology but tried to soften the blow by claiming conversations can be "perceived differently." There is no misinterpreting direct, rude quotes. I have filed a formal BBB complaint. We will never buy a vehicle from Key CDJR of Marianna and we strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

I do not recommend this dealership. I was told my AC compressor could be repaired within one day,…read morebut after I called for an update, I was told it would actually be Friday before they could even get to it. That completely wasted my time because I planned my schedule around the original estimate. On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. If there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated honest communication from the beginning. I hope they improve their communication and customer service.
