I contacted them by phone and sent pictures of the small dent. Greg the owner said it would be around $80 but he would come to my location the following morning which he did. After inspection the price of $80 was confirmed and Greg told me how he would repair. After working for about 30 minutes he called me over to say he could not get it all out without possible cracking of the paint. Well it looked alot better to me so I told him to leave it as is and offered him the $80 agreed to. To my amazement Greg said he could not accept the money because it was not 100% repaired.He said whatever I gave him if anything was a tip. I gave him $20 feeling bad but he accepted with many thanks and said that is the way he runs his business. What a guy! What a great business to do business with. Driving home on Jog Rd, a golf ball bounced off the southbound lane, over the median, and into my Honda FIT hood. It left a deep/dimple, so bad that when I took pics and sent it to so called DENT 'fix'ers, they declined to fix it, and was told that I would need to bring the car to a bodyshop to get it fixed.
