While my wife, our 8-month-old daughter, and I were traveling from Atlanta to a wedding in Leesburg, Virginia, our car broke down in Richmond. We dropped it off at Leete on a Friday afternoon, and I explained to the mechanics that we desperately needed the car repaired so we could drive back to Atlanta after the wedding weekend. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road. The very next day, the mechanic kept me updated with text messages throughout the afternoon and evening. To make a long story short, he stayed and worked on our car until 11:00 PM on a Saturday night! Once it was finished, he let me pay the bill over the phone, which actually turned out to be cheaper than the original quote. He safely hid the keys for us so we could drive our rental car back from Leesburg, swap vehicles, and make it safely home to Atlanta without a single issue.Without the team at Leete, we would have been stranded in Richmond, missing work, and stuck paying for extra hotel nights. I cannot thank them enough. What mechanic stays at a shop until 11:00 PM working on a stranded family's car while constantly keeping them updated? They have earned my highest recommendation!

I ended up getting a flat tire in the process. AAA took my car to Leete Tire for me. I usually go somewhere else, but wanted something walking distance and easy to pick my car up since I had a busy week ahead. Getting my tire plugged and patched was so easy and way more affordable than I expected. I paid under $40 for the repair and was thrilled. They made sure to take extensive video and pictures to show what the problem was so I knew they weren't making anything up. It's an expensive repair, so I made sure to shop around a bit. Their price was very reasonable compared to some highly rated local competitors who quoted me hundreds more for the same repair. Although the diag was more on the expensive side ($300+), it was worth it when factoring in the competitive repair price! Service was top-notch. Somebody was always ready to pick up the phone, and I was also provided a free shuttle service to my workplace, which is a courtesy they can offer at no charge within reasonable driving distance. Everyone is super friendly and willing to expertly explain the issues in-depth. I was so satisfied I went back and got my spark plugs replaced there too; once again, this was a very reasonably priced service. They have a rewards/rebate program which can help you shave a few dollars off if you're a repeat customer. Friendly, honest, and high quality of service - overall I highly recommend!

Following Monday I called Abbott's and informed. The response was "Bring the car, We are going to look at it". I told front desk that Acura fixed it temporarily and am hesitant to reopen that engine oil jar again next day. so told Abbott's, we will look at it during next oil change or if starts leaking again. I should not have treated as friendly neighborhood service shop. That was my mistake. ------------------------ Previous reply of yours is your understanding of the recent situation, but I want to be entirely clear: this was never about money, nor did I ever ask for a refund. My concern has always been about receiving basic respect, proper service, and professional conduct. To clarify the timeline of events: August 5th-6th (First Vehicle): I dropped off my first car on the 5th. Although I never received a call with an estimate, I paid for the DRL service over the phone without question when told it was ready on the 6th. When I picked it up after hours, I immediately noticed incomplete assembly work on the fender--including missing screws and plugs--without even needing to bend down (photo attached). August 6th-7th ( Refund Mistake & Escalation): I dropped off my second car on the 6th. When I returned on August 7th to pick it up, I paid for that car. Once it is completed, I showed the photo of the botched assembly on the first vehicle. Instead of listening or handling the matter professionally, the front desk employee became aggressive immediately, mechanic joined to his rant, and ordered me out of the office simply for asking questions about work I paid for. If you have a front desk video take a look. To make matters worse, the amount your shop later returned was actually for the second vehicle--which was less than what I paid for the DRL service on the first car--proving the refund wasn't even for the service in question and highlighting the sheer arrogance and negligence of your team. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate that level of hostility and entitlement--especially over an error as simple as failing to reinstall screws and body plugs. At the time, I mistakenly assumed the front desk employee was the owner, which is why I tried to reason with him directly. If you saw how your staff behaves when leadership isn't around, you would realize how severely they damage your shop's reputation. To make matters worse, on August 10th--only after I posted my initial review--the front desk employee called to apologize and admitted his behavior on August 7th was wrong. I declined to speak with him further, only to see your response on Yelp shortly after. This sequence makes it glaringly obvious that your shop prioritizes online damage control over treating in-person customers with basic respect. Excuses I heard on that day. 1) My screws are dirty. 2) Repeated MECANIC ARGUED QUESTION: "ARE YOU OK IF I CHARGE YOU 120$ TO FIX THOSE SCREWS" YES OR NO. He asked me to answer YES OR NO answer only. what is your answer if you are in my shoes? I would like to hear that to understand what your answer would be as customer/business owner? I will hear what your explanation also.
