I noticed a strange noise as if something was trying to activate every 15 seconds or so. It turned out that my windshield wipers were the noise I heard. I left my car in the Novus lot and left a note about the issue I encountered. I asked them to contact me the next morning (5/25). Novus dropped my car at my house on 5/25 and I validated that my windshield wipers worked as expected. I didn't drive my car until 5/19 (Friday) and when I went to 'unlock' my rear passenger door I noticed that it didn't work. When I closed my driver door it seemed that the unlock/lock 'clicked' as expected. Novus has screwed up the electrical options on my SUV. All they were supposed to do was replace my main windshield but since doing so I have encountered electrical issues with other options in my vehicle! I hope that they can remedy my issues in a timely manner! Otherwise, I would steer clear of this business!!!
