I would have been fine with 10 or even maybe 20 but 74 more each month?! I chose to leave to another location a bit further away and got it for nearly half the price. So disappointed. Also, the $1.00 charge each month for "technology" was ridiculous. It was a dollar so I did not whine but come on people; Really?? Explanation was due to market demands....then why are the other climate controlled, same size, ground floor units in area half the price?

I have used this facility twice. Very clean, easy access, staff are there to help and after hours…read moreaccess was easy. When you first move in, rates are great but as others stated they raise the rates a lot. I started with my unit under $200 per month, one of the bigger units which wasn't bad for the size, within 6 months the rate changed and I started paying more than $300.. couldn't keep up with it and eventually my unit got auctioned off, and I lost every thing, including important documents .. When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

I am at my wits's end with this rodent situation. I don't ever do negative reviews but after what I…read morewas faced with this morning after more than a year of dealing with it, I have no choice. My unit has been INFESTED with some type of rodent, most likely a large rat. This seemed to have started late last year 2021, and I have been working with the location manager who has always been attentive and willing to assist. Assurances that a new pest control team would be working on this issue and dealing with clients leaving food trash outside my unit or leaving the door open overnight were causes that were being addressed. Today I opened the door to rodent droppings and urine covering ALL of my belongings!! I was literally in tears! Devastated that cherished personal items are not permanently tainted!! Outside the unit in the hallway, the floor was covered in droppings. Clearly something ate through the ac duct system and droppings came down from the duct work. I am in delicate health having had surgery recently and should not be doing heavy lifting but I am faced with no choice but to find a way to evacuate this location and salvage what I possibly can. PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF HOW BAD THIS INFESTATION PROBLEM IS!!!

I want to first say that Nelly who works here is by far the only person that makes this place…read moreshine. This location does not honor their customer, nor do they honor disabled veterans. Their worker Sherlyn Marchand has the worst customer service ever! They will not do what it takes to keep a customer happy. They hide behind their policies, and they do not budge in any way to waive any of their policies to keep customers happy. We received an online price for the unit which was $85 regular price and $65 with the discount. Sherlyn was so incompetent that when we received the receipt for the unit the price said $159 rather than the $85 regular price it showed online. Sherlyn lied to us and told us that the price would be the same in the store. So when we asked to get a refund of the unit, she told us that she could not refund our money and that she needed to call the general manager Cristian Catano. After emailing him, he reached out to me about my situation. I explained to Cristian that I am a disabled Iraqi war veteran, and how much stress I was put through with his worker. Cristian's response was "it would be better if you found a different unit". Don't be fooled by this place, or the workers. They will scam you, they don't care, and they will tell you anything to get you to purchase their units. If you have any discrepancies, do not rely on the general manager to do anything about it. You are on your own! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. I hope the two of these individuals are given high praise for the less-than-poor jobs they both exemplified!
