When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

I am at my wits's end with this rodent situation. I don't ever do negative reviews but after what I…read morewas faced with this morning after more than a year of dealing with it, I have no choice. My unit has been INFESTED with some type of rodent, most likely a large rat. This seemed to have started late last year 2021, and I have been working with the location manager who has always been attentive and willing to assist. Assurances that a new pest control team would be working on this issue and dealing with clients leaving food trash outside my unit or leaving the door open overnight were causes that were being addressed. Today I opened the door to rodent droppings and urine covering ALL of my belongings!! I was literally in tears! Devastated that cherished personal items are not permanently tainted!! Outside the unit in the hallway, the floor was covered in droppings. Clearly something ate through the ac duct system and droppings came down from the duct work. I am in delicate health having had surgery recently and should not be doing heavy lifting but I am faced with no choice but to find a way to evacuate this location and salvage what I possibly can. PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF HOW BAD THIS INFESTATION PROBLEM IS!!!

Their worker Sherlyn Marchand has the worst customer service ever! They will not do what it takes to keep a customer happy. They hide behind their policies, and they do not budge in any way to waive any of their policies to keep customers happy. We received an online price for the unit which was $85 regular price and $65 with the discount. Sherlyn was so incompetent that when we received the receipt for the unit the price said $159 rather than the $85 regular price it showed online. Sherlyn lied to us and told us that the price would be the same in the store. So when we asked to get a refund of the unit, she told us that she could not refund our money and that she needed to call the general manager Cristian Catano. After emailing him, he reached out to me about my situation. I explained to Cristian that I am a disabled Iraqi war veteran, and how much stress I was put through with his worker. Cristian's response was "it would be better if you found a different unit". Don't be fooled by this place, or the workers. They will scam you, they don't care, and they will tell you anything to get you to purchase their units. If you have any discrepancies, do not rely on the general manager to do anything about it. You are on your own! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. I hope the two of these individuals are given high praise for the less-than-poor jobs they both exemplified!
