All I did today was walk in the door and one of the employees walked up to me and told me my service dog was not allowed and when I let him know that he could not legally deny my service dog he completely denied me service. My dog and I were not being disruptive in any way and the employee didn't even know what I had come in for before these events took place. The vibe of the lady piercing us was very condescending. She then proceeded to pierce both of us with Jewlery that was tarnishing the next morning. His ears got so infected that he now has scar tissue and most likely can't get them done again. She did not clamp the belly which I heard is supposed to be done, she gave me too short of a jewlery piece that my stomach didn't have space to swell to heal that it started to get infected within 4 days. The jewlery was tarnishing by the 3rd day. I was told to clean with antibacterial soap and it would never get infected or reject. After about a week and half later I called to see if they could give me a better piece of jewlery because mine was tarnishing. They told me I would have to buy another piece of jewlery and pay for service and didn't seem concerned as to what they did. There were 4 artists that day and we waited about an hour and a half. I watched some super awesome pieces of work come in/out. The female artist in the first room was creating fabulous realistic insect pieces. I watched her do a moth on a knee cap and a slug on an inner arm. Detail was amazing!
