I got a VERY simple tattoo done in December and immediately i could tell through the scabbing that it was super faded. once it healed it was maybe half there and you could barely see it from a distance. I was told i could come in for a touch up any time for free but i was turned away the first time i tried coming and and the second time they made me come the next day making it extremely complicated for me. (Mind you i live 4 hours away and i messaged the tattoo artist ahead of time both times and was told i would be able to get it fixed.) I finally was able to get it touched up and now that all of the scabbing has come off again it just looks like shit. lines are uneven and thinner and thicker in different places and overall i'm pissed that i payed $120 dollars for this crap to begin with. read more

i love this place. i came to visit for a family trip and wanted a last minute piercing. i'm from out of town san diego california and the main lady, i can't remember her name, hooked me uppp !! my momma took me and she knew right from the start i could trust her with my septum. did not hurt at all !! i really enjoyed the environment and it made me feel more than welcome. however if you are getting a piercing, please do your research and be prepared for it. screaming at the top of your lungs lets everyone know you can't handle the piercing and not just overstimulates the customers but also the piercer. my septum healed nicely and im looming forward to stretching it ! thank you so much !!!! read more

All my piercings from here got an infection. The piercing I got in Webster didn't get any infection. Currently get rid of infections in my right ear (daith & auricles). These ppl honestly don't seem to like ppl of color. Not talking about Breanne but the other piercer. Asked about an apprenticeship & literally got told that the dude knows the owners so he can't give me any information. All & all I probably won't go back to this shop. read more

The location has changed, it is now located on Cove View Blvd. (The west end) I took my gf and son to go get piercings with me. My son wanted his ears, my gf wanted her lip and I wanted my nose pierced. The piercer was very professional, clean experienced, informative, and best of all PATIENT. Was very descriptive on how to care for our piercings. He made sure to let my teenager know how important it was to keep his ears cleaned so they don't get infected. I really appreciated that because I'm just a mom, what do I know? My teenager would NEVER believe I was qualified to give any instructions on cleaning a new piercing.. ::eye roll:: So I really appreciate the guy helping a momma out.. The entire process took about an hour for all 3 of us, including prep time. I would rather bring my son to a professional piercer and it done the correct way than to risk him asking a friend to do it from their home. Good experience. I recommend it to anyone. Family business, been in business for a long time, family friendly. My first tattoo was done in their east end shop, 16 years ago. Now I have my first body piercing from them. read more

I entered Body Language and was met with the stench of cigarette smoke. My reason for visiting the shop was to have my lip ring changed to one with a smaller diameter, so I approached the piercer. She opened up a dusty glass case filled with jewelry, which she proceeded to touch with her unsterilized hands. It was definitely unsanitary. My piercing was not healed enough to have my jewelry changed, so I did not have anything done at the establishment, and I am relieved that I was not put at risk. It was very unclean and I will definitely not request their services. Ever. read more

My cousin and I spent a day in Galveston while she was visiting from Michigan and decided it was time to finally get a tat. We agreed a small wave symbolizing our love for the water/beach and the strength within that wave as well as our relationship. Taleisin was wonderful with our scared asses and was very pleasant. Now the other artist that was there is a different story. Very rude! While standing there discussing our fears of having them done he said "You know what I miss...an office!" after having a wonderful experience getting my industrial pierced, i decided to come back to have susie pierce my nose. we agreed upon the price of $20, but had trouble picking jewelry because she was out of what i had intended on getting. i will say the piercing is placed nicely and had no trouble healing, but she ended up charging $40 after all was said and done. not a big deal but i should've been quoted accurately. nothing special about this piercing or experience read more
