I thought I understood piercings. Turns out not all piercers are created equally. 713 stays busy…read morefor a reason. That reason goes beyond its prime location and good vibes. Here, they pierce with integrity, they educate before, during and after. If there's a risk or problem, they tell you. They really make the process as efficient, clean, and painless as possible. I truly appreciate the knowledge. We learned that one of my friends has a slightly deviated septum, while another has one ear that would best fit a rook piercing, but all three of us agreed that this experience with Meagan was a 10/10 experience. After experiencing the aftercare from my septum with another piercing, I'll definitely be back if I'm looking for any other piercings. Just be mindful of the limited parking--it is Westheimer after all!

My friend and I got piercings on a Saturday evening at 713 Tattoo Parlour. She got her nose pierced…read moreand I got a helix ear piercing. The wait was about 1.5 hours and you must stay on site, so if you're able to find parking, I'd recommend just hang out in your car. Their customer service was really great, and the actual piercer was really cool. It was a very quick and efficient experience. They also have really beautiful jewelry options that are high quality. My friend often has really bad reactions to piercing jewelry and has had no issue with the jewelry at 713. They're pricing is very good too. I'd highly recommend. Also note, the girl who checked us in let us know that the best time to get piercings with shorter wait times is around noon. But either way, I'd recommend coming here even if you have to wait because it's just a pleasant experience.

If I didn't send a message first, I wouldn't hear anything. Every response required me to follow up, sometimes multiple times. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.

We went larger than I initially wanted due to some text being too small to read at the size I wanted and he charged me an extra $100 due to the larger size. The artist made a mistake and left out a letter where it was supposed to say "mighty" it now just says "might". When I initially reached out to see if he could fix it he said yes but when I reached out to try and set an appointment I got ghosted. On a tattoo I spent $500 on. I can't speak for the shop as a whole, it was actually quite nice but that artist definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe think twice before booking with snootie_tats.

I feel as though this is completely unprofessional and it is discrimination. My dog and I have been in there a few different times over the years and not once have we ever had a problem. All I did today was walk in the door and one of the employees walked up to me and told me my service dog was not allowed and when I let him know that he could not legally deny my service dog he completely denied me service. My dog and I were not being disruptive in any way and the employee didn't even know what I had come in for before these events took place. Disappointing experience with the front desk, but great service from Jesse James…read more brought my daughter here to get a piercing. I want to specifically recognize Jesse James, who did her piercing. He was excellent, very kind and professional with us, and he did a great job. We were very happy with his work and how he treated us. Unfortunately, our experience with the person at the front desk was very different. When we arrived, a man who appeared to be from outside the business and was drinking a beer followed us from the parking lot and came inside right behind us. He said he was there to ask for a job, but I was very uncomfortable that someone could follow customers into the business without anyone addressing the situation. Then, when I asked the person at the front desk a simple question about how to fill out the paperwork because I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly, he yelled at me in front of everyone and told me that I hadn't been paying attention. I felt that was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
