So I had to get them removed completely because they would never heal otherwise so I called Renee back so I can get a refund and let her know what happened and Renee got very defensive and started yelling at me on the phone stating that she's not giving me my money back and I don't know what I'm talking about overall just do not come here. I don't want anybody else getting scammed.

My son wanted his ears, my gf wanted her lip and I wanted my nose pierced. The piercer was very professional, clean experienced, informative, and best of all PATIENT. Was very descriptive on how to care for our piercings. He made sure to let my teenager know how important it was to keep his ears cleaned so they don't get infected. I really appreciated that because I'm just a mom, what do I know? My teenager would NEVER believe I was qualified to give any instructions on cleaning a new piercing.. ::eye roll:: So I really appreciate the guy helping a momma out.. The entire process took about an hour for all 3 of us, including prep time. I would rather bring my son to a professional piercer and it done the correct way than to risk him asking a friend to do it from their home. Good experience. I recommend it to anyone. Family business, been in business for a long time, family friendly. My first tattoo was done in their east end shop, 16 years ago. Now I have my first body piercing from them.

They made us wait 20-30 minutes for service. The jewelry the young lady gave us wasn't even the right thread (it was externally threaded) and too long. We had to go to a different shop and they were cheaper and better!

At 10:30pm, we found that this shop was the only one open and went for it. Best decision ever. The staff is friendly, helpful, and their work is freaking dope. The place is clean and you can also get piercings there as well!! One thing I'll note is that it's cash only! Big shout outs to Enoki, who is the chillest tattoo artist ever and made the experience smooth!!! She's amazing. Would highly recommend!

We went to the shop to get a simple tattoo seen in photo below, tattooer laid a stencil, completely blew the lines out and we left knowing it was bad but not realizing just how terrible it would end up. The guy needs to go mow lawns or something not put crappy tattoo's on people to walk around with for the rest of their lives... or maybe go trace things on a piece of paper for practice first. I initially respected ownership for at-least refunding the money but now he's upset that I left this bad review. Crazy to be upset with a customer for leaving a legitimate bad review and not your staff member who did the work, right? Last thing I'll say, maybe get rid of the guy immediately if you have any sense and don't want a bad look for the shop? Word travels fast around here. The reality is he doesn't give quality tattoo's so that is completely on ownership whether or not they decide to allow it at this point.
