My mom already knew what she wanted [+/- a tweak or two] and I had an idea what I wanted but needed it to be designed. Leo was very patient with both of us and got our designs just the way we wanted. He even thought of things that didn't occur to us [like making sure my mom's tattoo was facing forward and not backward] I wanted mine to look like an antique stamp you'd see in an old library book, so it looks just how I imagined.
