This place is the future home of all of my jewelry needs! I was looking for "THE ring" for my girlfriend of 9 years, and Jenni helped me pick out the perfect one! Jenni made me feel welcomed and explained everything throughly. I didn't know that diamonds had such specific ratings and cuts and all that extra stuff they never showed in the movies. After the explanations, we were able to narrow down the list to three rings that I believed my girl liked. It only took about 1 hour from the time I walked in to the time I chose my future wife's engagement ring! And that was because I was being picky too! BTW this is a family owned Jeweler, who have been in the business for over 30 years! They know what they are doing and they do it right! 10/10 recommended to anyone who has no idea what they are doing about jewelry like myself!! Unique Jewels is AMAZING. Kim was such a pleasure to work with, she brought my fiancé's engagement ring design to life and added a few more additional touches that I requested. I am so happy with this gorgeous engagement ring. Jenni was also extremely helpful with my fiancé's wedding band, she took her time showing us different rings and possible combinations/customizations. The quality of the work and jewelry itself is phenomenal. We are definitely coming back.
My fiancé went to Unique Jewels for my engagement ring, and we have no regrets. Everyone, especially Jenni, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided my fiancé through the entire process of purchasing. Jenni is very outgoing, personable, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I had to get my ring re-sized and they took care of it effortlessly with a quick turnaround time too. I cannot recommend Unique Jewels enough! They also do a lot of custom made pieces as well. There's a reason why they have so many loyal customers.
I have been searching for a new cross necklace and decided to see what options Unique Jewels had. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by such a warm and friendly staff! This is a family owned business so they really instill the cozy atmosphere, making you feel very comfortable to take your time to find your perfect piece of jewelry. This isn't the typical environment you get at other jewelry stores. Kim, the owner of the store, assisted in finding me a cross necklace. I gave her my preference and I kid you not, I was able to find the exact necklace I've been wanting in under 5 minutes. I have never had such a quick jewelry buying experience, but here I was, making a purchase in a matter of minutes! I get compliments on my cross all the time and I can't thank Unique Jewels enough for helping me with this purchase. I absolutely love it!
One word-WOW. My fiancé got the pleasure to work with Jeff and been blessed by his wonderful skills! Words cannot describe how beyond thankful we are for for Jeff's patience and time. My fiancé and I both are super picky so we knew this would've been a tedious and difficult task to please us. Let me just tell you.. Jeffery killed it! He turned my dream into a reality! My fiancé wanted me to have the most exquisite and unique diamond. Finding a the perfect diamond is not a simple task, you have to look at the cut, clarity, color, and most importantly the carat. Jeff went above and beyond. Let me tell you! He traveled to another state just to find us my perfect diamond. If you guys are looking for a jeweler to make your dreams come true.. If you a looking for a jeweler look no further! From the moment I met Jeffery & the team at Unique Jewels I knew I was in good hands. I wanted my engagement ring to have a stone from my mothers ring. I received the most beautiful ring I could've imagined. Jeffery worked with my fiancé to make sure it was the exact ring I dreamed of after a free consultation. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me an experience like no other jewelry store. I was sized and learned a lot about the features of ring I prefer. I strongly recommend this family owned business. They have great customer service and I have free cleanings for life with my jewelry!
I went to Unique Jewels to look at engagement rings after several people on Facebook recommended them to me. I cannot say enough good things about them! First, they take COVID-19 seriously and limit the amount of customers in the store. All the staff wear masks as well as customers. Kim also made sure to wash her hands before she assisted me, which I appreciated. Second, they have great customer service! I told Kim the price range I wanted to stay in and she showed me options within the price range. She was not pushy like many salespeople can be, especially at jewelry stores. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! My fiancé and I will be customers of Unique Jewels for many years to come.
I ordered a ring from another for my wife for our 10-year-anniversary. When it arrived, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I contacted Kim based on these Yelp reviews, and immediately knew she would make something beautiful. After a quick phone call, Kim sent me a mock-up (see picture). She said it could be ready in 10 days, but I asked her about the possibility of expediting it. In four days, she called to say it was done. Perfect in every way and exactly what I was looking for. My wife LOVES it. In addition, she cleaned and re-plated my wife's engagement ring and band. They look better than ever before.
I had my late grandmother's ring turned into a necklace to wear on my wedding day. The ring was a little to small to fit on my middle finger and both of my ring fingers are already in use. Kim did a wonderful job keeping the original ring shape as much as possible. I can't wait to wear it! We also got both of our wedding rings here! My fiancée created a custom ring because he wanted a specific style. Kim and Jenny were extremely helpful in helping him figure out what he want and get it ordered. They took a lot of time making sure they understood what he wanted. I knew I wanted a non-traditional ring and am so happy with the band I got! I was considering ordering online but am thankful I ended up going inside to try rings on at Unique Jewels instead. I did not realize the height of the band in relation to the engagement ring was going to be so important to me, and I would not have ended up happy without being able to try things on and figure this out before ordering.

So when my fiancé did research and suggested to try Unique Jewels, I was open to it. We went in and I told Jeffery all about this style I had seen and he immediately thought of this ring to show me that they had online and the moment I saw it, I fell in love with it and knew that was the style to tell my fiancé about. I can't speak to the experience my fiancé had choosing the ring & diamond although, I'm pretty sure it was a great one because my experiences with Jeffery have always been nothing short of warm, caring & not pushy! This place is top notch. I came to this place based on reviews and was not disappointed. My wife's wedding ring, after 20 years, was in need of repair and after going to another jeweler and told it couldn't be done I came here. Kim knew exactly how to fix it and gave a few options, while there I let her know it was our 20th anniversary and I wanted to get my wife something special she helped me get just the right thing. Even while coming in a couple of times with my wife Kim and her team was very discreet about the new ring. When we picked everything up it was more than we expected, everything was perfect. This place is our go to now for any jewelry needs.
I can't explain how much I love this place and the custom 3D bar necklace they made me! Jeff was so nice and helpful and his customer service was top notch. He answered all my questions and concerns and never did I feel like I was not being listened to. I literally had found one of those ads on IG one day and thought to myself, hey I want a necklace just like that. I was recommended to him from a friend. So I went to the shop and showed him what I wanted. Now my husband says, "We've found our family jeweler!" Thank you again Jeff for making my dream necklace come true!
My fiancé got my engagement ring from unique jewels. I wanted a triangle shaped diamond and I loved the ring they worked with him to make. The ring had a triangle diamond in the center and two smaller circles they added from his grandmothers watch. I love it! I came by the store in person shortly after he purposed to get it cleaned and sized. Omg! Everyone there couldn't be more nice and helpful. Jeffery came out from the back to meet me, so did Kim. I didn't catch the young lady's name who was helping me but she was just so sweet. I literally saw within minutes why my fiancé chose this place to make our special ring. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They make you feel like family and my ring couldn't be more perfect!

I had such a lovely experience working with this jeweler. They helped me recreate a ring and even helped with some improvements. They finished it before my deadline and even sized it down when I found that the size I asked for was a little large. I was in the Houston area visiting family and delivering my wedding invitation. Wedding rings came up in our conversation so we decided to google some jewelry stores nearby. We found Unique Jewels. Their ratings were good and their pictures looked nice, so we ended up driving out there. After arriving, the staff were very friendly and super nice when they greeted us. Originally we came there just to "look around" but they ended up having a ring that I liked and they gave me an awesome deal. Dam, I've never done that before but my fiancé and my aunt said it was a nice ring and it was a good deal. It was a men's ring made of Platinum, purchased in August 2015.
