I had previously went to a different jeweler to get my chain and pendant fixed (bail kept breaking) and they did a bad job, so I came here to fix it and was greeted right when I walked in. The jeweler (his name was Jeffery) took a look at it and knew exactly what was wrong and took it to the back. As my girlfriend and I were waiting, the staff checked on us to see if we had any questions, but not in an aggressive "salesman" type way. The showroom floor was very large and spacious, and they had quite the selection of engagement rings, chains, pendants, etc. Within about 10-15 minutes, the jeweler came out with my repaired chain and pendant and it looked like brand new!
