The ring was a little dirty when I dropped it off but not so dirty you'd assume it was black... (it's a custom made one of a kind silver nugget ring). When I picked up the ring it was painted black in the nugget creases, they said it was "antiqued". I only asked for the band to be to be repaired and the ring wasn't "antiqued" to begin with so that was disappointing. I still want to give this store 4 stars though because they fixed the mistake quickly and I was able to pick it back up in a few days. I will be using them for future repairs but I will make sure to be clear to only fix what is asked.
