This new person who is the mgr I feel treats the customers like they are beneath her. I went in yesterday and was needing money. I have had covid. I walked in no one even acknowledge me and the ladies that were working there to me seem like they were above me. I brought an electric scooter in with blue tooth speaker brand new in the box and the one lady went down there and her and Courtney were whispering and she came back all snooty we can only give you 20 dollars like I was rift raft I said your kidding me. That is an insult. This scooter cost over 200 dollars. If the owner of this Cash Cow has noticed a decline in his business well that is why. The new people in there are treating the older customers that have been coming in for years like they are street people. I want go in there ever again. Shop has policy to try to write down private information about you before you purchase. I came here…read moreto purchase an item. Was paying with my card. Jessica and Patricia were who I was dealing with. I made the purchase with my credit card. Patricia asked to see my ID before running the card. I said sure, happy that you make sure someone else isn't spending my money. She checked my state issued drivers license with my photo and name on it which matches the card. Said ok great. Then she ran my card and put the charge on it. Then she said ok, before you sign I need to write down your drivers license number and your date of birth on paper. I said what for? She said it was company policy. I told them they didn't need to write down my drivers license number or date of birth, I don't need to give that information. They hassled me for a good while. I have never faced this situation at any pawn shop out of hundreds I've been to and any store in general anywhere. They already checked my ID to verify I was card owner, I was about to sign the receipt with my signature. They said we aren't selling you the item then. I said fine. Both of them including manager Jessica didn't know how to void the transaction. I waited for over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. There's no reason they needed that information. Jessica was nice, just blindly following a stupid invasive policy. Patricia was snooty about me not being ok with giving them my private information that I am not required to give to make a purchase. I won't be coming back here again. Advise others not to as well. Your identity and personal information is at risk by their unnecessary invasive policies.

I took in a 9mm that I bought brand new from Academy... which at worst had a small scratch near the pen to disassemble. I've maintained this handgun rather well and cleaned it regularly after use. I was there solely for an appraisal, only. When i walked in I was first greeted by a very heavy set man workin there, maybe in his late 20s to mid 30s with glasses. whom was assisting me first, but shortly after handing my gun to him, then handed my firearm over to an older gentleman (one I can only assume owned the store.) Who then proceeded to look up the serial number on my gun to make sure it wasn't stolen, which he didn't even mention. (An insult in its self) mind you I was with my father so I didn't want to make a scene. After some time maybe 15 minutes a third gentleman ask me if you could assist me. I politely declined and said "no thank you, but I think he is helping me in his own special way," (referring to the man in his mid twenties to early thirties.) Which at the time was staring around the room as if he was lost in his own mind. After some more waiting I then asked the first guy, Again if he could again give me an appraisal. He then responded, "oh we already have a lot of handguns." Only then pointing to a display case filled with old rusty dirty handguns that no one in their right mind would buy. After feeling insulted and racially profiled I politely walked out with my handgun. I would never do business with these people, ever!
