The Father of Father and son Jewlery claimed it was wear and tear! The last ring that the same diamond was attached to lasted 35 years! They are full of pure bullshit.. They lie and cheat you! I took a family heirloom platinum ring , to be sized and refinished. Two weeks later a baguette fell out. Frank & sons offered to fix it for $150.00. So that tells me they refuse to take responsibility . This ring has existed , problem free FOR FIFTY YEARS ! Two weeks after they touched it ....... Boom. It's falling apart ! I took it to a real jeweler. It's gonna cost 250$ for the lost diamond , and I was told ALL the diamond are loose ! I am LIVID ! The only blight on my engagement ! read more

If you have your jewelry clean or jewelry size be careful cuz they like to switch your diamonds they do bad business. If you have a real nice diamond with good color they will change it for lower quality diamond . They like to take advantage of people that don't know too much about diamonds. I will not be back to this jewelry store. They made 2 custom rings for me (which took longer than what they told me verbally) and when I went to pick them up, both were sized wrong. There were more issues to this visit, but the main complaint that I have is, they never apologized. I thought they would when I picked them up, but they did not. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought a necklace in to have others made and the son who wrote the order, screwed it up. I was shocked and told him that I did not ask for what he had done. He asked how much he has quoted and said that he couldn't do the job for that amount. He never asked if there was anything else he could do to make it right. Instead of working with me, he blamed me for his screw up. I also had a ring sized down and was charged $85.00. This company is out to to take your money and doesn't care if you're a return customer. Went in multiple times to buy silver coins purchased a few the first couple of times. went back and now they refuse to sell. have a horrible rude attitude to customers. they over charge trying to sell everything at Redbook pricing claiming it be better grading then the coin actually is.
