It's really hard to choose any single experience that I've had at Pineforest Jewelry because there have been so many. I have been a customer for over a decade. It's a relationship that you nurture, and it grows or you abuse it and it dies like any other relationship. Obviously not everyone can go into Pineforest Jewelry and talk to "Diamond Jim" Mills. The line would be out the door. But don't worry because the well trained staff at Pineforest Jewelry is there to help you with whatever your jewelry related needs might be, from a new gift to the repairing of an old one. The basic staff is Linda, Anna, Gary, Aline, and Darla. They are all knowledgeable and service oriented. Stopping by to have your jewelry cleaned and the stones checked every couple of months is how I started my relationship with Pineforest Jewelry. It's always better to find out a stone is loose and the jewelry can be repaired rather than have to perform the repair plus replace the stone. Jewelry repair is not expensive... stone replacement is. If you go by Pineforest Jewelry often enough you will get the opportunity to talk to "Diamond Jim" Mills. Please do so even if it's just to say, "Hi". But drop in especially if you are wanting to purchase custom jewelry, diamonds, a Rolex, or simply need information about them. After a few moments of conversation with "Diamond Jim" you will start to understand the wealth of knowledge available to you and feel how passionate he is about his work. I was in the market for a customized wedding ring for my wife and was referred to Pineforest Jewelry (Diamond Jim). We had to go through CAD drawings (for her ring and mine), so it was a very elaborate process. I am a VERY picky person and not once did it seem like they were frustrated, upset, etc...The rings came out Perfect ! After reading the few 1 star negative reviews from other sites, I can honestly say they are a load of crap. I am HISPANIC with visible tattoos, not once did that play a part with my appearance towards them. I searched HIGH and low for places to purchase my rings and have been to ALOT of mall shops, big chain stores, etc.. This place is now my "home" for jewelry, I WILL NOT go anywhere else. I came into Pineforest Jewlery today with my grandmother for a simple watch repair and came out highly satisfied. From the first step into the establishment each employee greeted us kindly and quickly assisted us in anyway possible. While waiting and admiring Pineforest's impressive collection of jewelry, we were approached by "Diamond Jim" , who was an absolute delight! When my grandmother did receive her watch, it was if it was brand new! My grandmother was very impressed and that says something because she is an EXTREMELY difficult person to impress. These people know what they are doing. The employees here live ,breathe and honor the term customer satisfaction, for many places that is hard to come by especially if you are thinking jewelry. I walked into this establishment to have the batteries replaced in two watches....an hour and a half later, I was still there. The watch batteries were replaced within minutes. It was the interesting and very pleasant conversation I had with (Diamond Jim and Lil Jim) that blew me away. Ironically, 75% of the conversation was not about jewelry. When we did speak about jewelry, I never felt pressured by the usual "sales pitch" that you receive at most jewelry stores.
