Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a shop in a while. First walked in and was told by the front desk lady there would be a little bit of a wait, which was fine, so we sat on the couch and after 25 minutes the front desk lady came up to us asked if we had been helped yet... so we filled out paperwork and gave our ID's During the whole process of designing our tattoos, the front desk lady seemed very annoyed and uninterested in the thoughts we had. But we finally got what we hoped for. She told us she would draw it up real quick. So we waiting and another 20 minutes went by and she same out and said "sorry I'm about 50% done. I'll get the rest drawn up" we thought that was weird considering it was a pretty simple design.. so after another 20 minutes the guy tattooing is, Keith, came and talked to us. He was super nice asking about our design, but when we started talking about the lettering we wanted, he was confused since he was never told about writing. He went back into the office and we saw him pull our printed writing out of the trash... So after about an hour and a half we finally were getting tattooed. Keith was the best part of this whole experience. We was attentive, willing to have a conversation and showed the whole process of how everything was sterile. His line work was perfect and he has a light handed touch. He made this overall horrible experience that much better. This shop just needs some better staff who are willing to greet customers while a smiling face, and good positive attitude not like they are annoyed with their job/life. Oh and also they made us pay in cash for our tattoo before anything was done... like what if you had messed up (which they kind of did but it's a small mess up) and I didn't like it?! I had a great, colorful, laid back women who did my piercings, you can tell she has plenty of experience, and explained the best placement to avoid complications with my implant. We ended up going back for a 2nd tattoo and the owner,Chris, did our tattoos so fast and detailed, they came out so good. Closing time says 1am. My friends and I arrived at 10pm. Artist was upset before getting started. When she placed the drawing on my friend, my friend thought it was too big. Love LOVE LOVVEEEE this place. I came here to get a small tattoo and piercing. We ended up talking with the owner who was very nice and recomended his tattoo artist Lee. He Sketched something up right then and there after we consulted. We ended up not getting tattoos because we have a girls trip coming up and they recommended us to wait so we wont ruin them when we swim. We did get our piercings I got my inner ears and my friend got her nips done. Maz did our piercings and he was by far the best piercer I have ever had!! He was so professional and made us very comfortable. Oh and our piercings are even and gorgeous. Defiantly will be back again and again!! I highly recommend this shop!!!! The tatto artist is Unprofessional, rude , and disrespectful. Literally only ask to see the reference book to see if he was the right man for the job he said "tell him no to decide what I want or get the f*** out. Ofc the cashier goes to me and basically has to tell me the same thing but I stop her and it's okay I heard him. It's a small office space of coarse I can see them all and hear them all. Just got this tattoo done by Hector of the serotonin symbol with some flowers as the atoms. I am so in love with it. This shop is truly amazing. Honestly, I didn't even know it existed and by the pictures online I wasn't sure how it would be in person. The pictures online here aren't truly what their work is capable of! They're awesome! Misty and Hector were there and they make you feel right at home. I didn't even know them, I was a walk in. They make you feel like you're family! Pricing is amazing too! My tattoo was only $80 and hector was so patient with me fidgeting (it was an awkward place to get tattoo'd). I will definitely be back for more soon! EDIT: Hector is an amazing artist. Very professional. Went back a couple days later for another tattoo by misty and she made me so uncomfortable. I had sat there for 2 hours, appointment at 9 pm hadn't started by almost midnight so I said I would come back another day. She then told me that she had already wasted $30 on a cab to get there (though she told me that her house was like a block away) and then asked me to give her half for my tattoo for when I come back and told me it would be about $150 for a small wrist piece (maybe worth a $100) and when I said that price was crazy she bantered back and forth for awhile before telling me $80 and that's final. I gave her $30 for a cab and left kinda shaken up. She made it seem as though if I didn't go to her for a tattoo I was gonna end up "regretting it". Unfortunately I'm too scared to go back to the shop but I love this shop and as long as you go to hector or jon you should be amazed! read more

Very nice people! went with my best friend originally to just get a price on a matching tattoo we wanted and Blake gave us a really great price he called it a holiday special made me and my friend feel comfortable especially since it was our first time getting our a tattoo his whole set up was neat and clean he showed me the new needles in their original packaging before he opened them so I could see that they were new and talked to me and my friend while he was tattooing which made the experience better.
