We learned that one of my friends has a slightly deviated septum, while another has one ear that would best fit a rook piercing, but all three of us agreed that this experience with Meagan was a 10/10 experience. After experiencing the aftercare from my septum with another piercing, I'll definitely be back if I'm looking for any other piercings. When he pierced my septum, it took about ten seconds long enough for him to say "oops" while the needle was still going through. That made me really uncomfortable. He didn't check my anatomy or even feel for my sweet spot he just clamped it and pushed the needle through. I'm honestly lucky my cartilage wasn't pierced, since he didn't check. From what I've learned, a septum piercing should never take that long, and the placement should always be checked first. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone please find a professional who takes the time to do it safely.

I want to specifically recognize Jesse James, who did her piercing. He was excellent, very kind and professional with us, and he did a great job. We were very happy with his work and how he treated us. Unfortunately, our experience with the person at the front desk was very different. When we arrived, a man who appeared to be from outside the business and was drinking a beer followed us from the parking lot and came inside right behind us. He said he was there to ask for a job, but I was very uncomfortable that someone could follow customers into the business without anyone addressing the situation. Then, when I asked the person at the front desk a simple question about how to fill out the paperwork because I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly, he yelled at me in front of everyone and told me that I hadn't been paying attention. I felt that was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
