I met Joe a few years back at a show and we clicked. Wanted to get a tribute tattoo for my father that had just passed and he hit it out the park. I then went back for a huge cover-up on my leg. Four sessions later, it's perfect. He has tattooed both my knee caps. Hard spots, but takes his time and constantly checks on you. He has tattooed my wife, and both my daughters. It was both of my girls first tattoo and I knew exactly who to trust. He and his team treated them with so much respect. His sister BB has pierced my oldest daughters nose and she was so loving and caring. BB is also doing her tattoo apprenticeship and I let her do a sparrow on my ankle. Super happy with it. Got my septum here back in Sept and wanted to have it for a while before I gave a review. I got it by the young lady working there (forgot her name). She was very professional and very helpful with the after instructions. It was my first piercing and she made me feel very comfortable and made me feel less scared about the whole process. It's been 3 months and everything is good I had no hiccups throughout the process. Definitely recommended getting pierced here. I communicated with Joe, the owner, through yelp messages - he was quick to respond and we were able to set something up for that day. I went to the shop to just have my nose ring replaced. Sylvia was busy, but took time to stop and put my ring back in so my hole wouldn't close. Quick, easy, clean! While I was there I decided to get a tattoo. I contacted Sylvia for nose piercing questions after a recommendation and she was seriously the best! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns since I pierced my nose last year (not at True Warrior) and it kept getting infected. She took the time to look over my previous piercing and offered her recommendations. Went in for an eyebrow piercing early in the evening on a week day. I usually go to You Pick it We Stick it but the wait for a piercing is ridiculous. Decided to come here and was really impressed.
