I have an older house so it could've been anything... Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! Russ and his crew arrived shortly after. We had a quick review of the scope of work, finalized locations, discussed routing of wiring. Russ immediately set work and got the new panel in place. His two helpers arrived a little later and worked all day. They were courteous and hard working. They finished up everything and by 5pm were finished. The inspector arrived late afternoon and passed the work. Everything was tidied up and fully operational by 6 pm. I would highly recommend them. We are looking forward to hiring them again to continue re-wiring the house. They answered all of our questions and concerns, along with being neat, tidy, courteous and quick.
