Called and spoke with the lady that is always rad at the front counter, she said bring it back by so they could assess it. Spoke to some asshole at the drop off location, he offered to fix it ( I have a toddler with me and needed to go home, which I explained both over the phone and in person) he told me to go somewhere else next time. No shit bud, all I was hoping for was a voucher or something for another chance for you to bring down my resell value, That's a guarantee for me. This place has gone downhill since the pandemic.
