Their prices are hard to beat and the service is absolutely stellar. Had them perform multiple services this year and they were very prompt with communication, scheduling and then getting the work done. I would highly recommend them anyone who owns a pool. Not turning on the pump, the heater, nothing. $353.00. AND left a plug in that auto fills the pool, causing it to keep pushing water through, which caused a hard water stain of a 6x8 area of my concrete. The water treatment couldn't keep up with the amount of water it was trying to push through, because the plug was left in! Joe tried to blame me, saying the couldn't see the plugs because it was swampy, which was total untrue, it wasnt merky at all for the first 12 inches of the pool and they sure didn't have problems taking out the others. They missed it, didnt know what it was due to inexperience. The problem: inexperienced workers that have clue about high end pools. He is selling the company, probably because he can't keep workers. He shouted at me saying "I will write the bill off (because I said I am not paying until you get rid of the 5x8 stain on my concrete) but we will not service you anymore". I didn't call for their service anyway, my pool guy chose to contract it out because he was busy, I would never want them back!

Contacted the company for pool cleaning and they did a great job in cleaning the pool and getting it ready to be used for summer and then i trusted them way too much, which was my downfall. they recommended changing the sand on the filter, and i bought it, Next thing i know that my in-ground pool had sand in there and when i contacted them, they said that they'll come and clean it up. they came refused that the sand is in there because of the change and has always been there...and said that the sand is in the pool because the pump is old and would cost me $500 to replace including labor& parts, reluctantly i agreed since we were hosting a pool party that weekend and came back home to find out an invoice for $850which listed that i was quoted for $850 for the work which was absolute bologna. i called and conversed with multiple people and after assurances that they'll look into it immediately, my debit card was charged $856 :( and that was the end of that. Lesson learned for me so BUYER BEWARE and read the reviews and get things in writing from them before getting any work done. Giving them 2 stars because they did a good job in cleaning the pool initially.
