I asked if we could purchase the floor demo model for a lower price, they said no.....it's real easy, we will just come and replace the demo tub with a new one and take the old one away. After the time limit expired we called asking about when our hot tub would be coming in and were told still 6-7 months out. We weren't constantly pressuring them because, after all, we had a working hot tub. Then we had an issue and we called about it and asked about when we were getting our new tub and we're basically told, it's been too long you're not getting a new one!! But, don't worry we're not going to leave you high and dry. He walked my husband through how to fix it and he did. A few weeks ago, our hot tub quit. We called Minnesota Hot Tubs again and they agreed to fix it " one last time". I called Eric, the manager again with this issue and he is going to speak with the owner. He said the issue was they quit making this model for a while and the cost is now up 35%. And that they never meant to say one last time...just the last time paying for parts. Eric never got back to me again after talking with the manager. Well the hot tub is working again ...but highly doubt we'll get the new one we purchased...doesn't seem right.

Expecting heavy snow Tuesday followed by below zero temps I was pretty sure the tub would die if I didn't get it serviced on Monday. I called Monday morning and was told that they were very busy with calls that had stacked up over the weekend and other prior scheduled appointments but would try fit me in as soon as they could. I came home from work on Monday and found my hot tub all zipped up and working with a new circulation pump and flow switch installed. Bravo PPS. Thanks for saving my hot tub!
