They stuck to their schedule, and whenever something changed, they proactively updated us so we could adjust our plans. The electrical crew was equally impressive--so much so that we plan to use them for future projects. The landscaping and irrigation teams also did a great job, following up after the fence and sod were completed to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. It meant a lot to have Chad and Zack stop by several times during the project to ensure everything was meeting our expectations and to take care of any remaining checklist items. Their involvement showed a level of commitment you don't often see. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to provide manuals and pool information up front and offer a starter kit with chemicals and cleaning essentials--maybe even include it as part of a "package price."
