Friendly helpful service. The process started with bringing a sample of water which they tested to help know which chemicals to use and at what level for weekly maintenance. Pricing was fair for all the products and we were glad to learn they also do onsite service and maintenance. Would highly recommend! Thanks Poolside glad to support a local business!

I should have read the reviews before engaging Poolside…read more.. Contacted the company for pool cleaning and they did a great job in cleaning the pool and getting it ready to be used for summer and then i trusted them way too much, which was my downfall. they recommended changing the sand on the filter, and i bought it, Next thing i know that my in-ground pool had sand in there and when i contacted them, they said that they'll come and clean it up. they came refused that the sand is in there because of the change and has always been there...and said that the sand is in the pool because the pump is old and would cost me $500 to replace including labor& parts, reluctantly i agreed since we were hosting a pool party that weekend and came back home to find out an invoice for $850which listed that i was quoted for $850 for the work which was absolute bologna. i called and conversed with multiple people and after assurances that they'll look into it immediately, my debit card was charged $856 :( and that was the end of that. Lesson learned for me so BUYER BEWARE and read the reviews and get things in writing from them before getting any work done. Giving them 2 stars because they did a good job in cleaning the pool initially.

Patrick was hands down the #1 reason we chose them. He was personable but not 'salesy', honest, upfront about costs, and went over pros and cons of different options so well. The way Prestige constructs their pools was another huge selling point. They are built to last forever. You guys, Prestige is the company pool owners call if another pool company messed up. They are the best of the best. We knew Prestige had an upscale reputation & we wondered if an average family like us would feel important to them. We did. Through each step, we felt like we were in the best hands. Building a pool is a big decision and a big project and we wanted it done right...the first time. If we had questions as we decided who to choose, he called us right away with thorough answers. We were very appreciative of the proactive communication. That alone, really pushed away any competition. Our pool build started on time and we were swimming by the end of that week! Their team is experienced and effective. We just took such a sigh of relief that we were in the best hands. Honestly, we've been enjoying the pool for 2 months now and I am still impressed with their team...their support in the office is outstanding. They'll answer any question you have about your new pool & any time we've needed something they respond so quickly. Bob came out and taught us all about the pool in a fun, easy to understand way. To watch our 3 children swim each day & enjoy this investment is a blessing. Not to mention they helped create this magical focal point of fun for family, guests and parties we host. Don't hesitate hiring them for your pool build. We would do it all over again. Thanks you guys.

Their carelessness in demo left me with a damaged sand filter and the additional costs to fix it. ($800) We were pulling up softball size chunks of concrete out of our pool. We also had a piece of wire that stained our liner. We called the owner and spoke with his wife but the owner did not call us back. I also did not feel that they handled billing in a professional manner. At first we were told to pay upon completion but then was asked for money at three points in our construction. (which would have been fine had that been our original agreement.) The concrete does look nice, the crew was on time and friendly. However, the damage to my pool and the unprofessional payment issues left me with a bad feeling about the project overall. The owner's son (Josh, who is the project manager) also actually lied to me when I asked why the fee for a carpenter job they had contracted out for me had gone up. I asked him why the fee went up and he told me that the carpenter had raised his price when it was actually a contractor's fee the owner's son was charging me. (again, this would have been fine if he had just said that.) I withheld the final 1/3 of the payment until the project was totally finished and I could tell they were not happy about this as well.
