We had a difficult remodeling project involving many parties and the Hot Springs team was by far the best one to work with. Markas and Keo were very flexible with our ordering and scheduling process to ensure it got done on our schedule. Their installation/service team were top notch. The Joshes and Janvirer were a huge help and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for the install and getting the tub functional. I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas for your new Hottub!

Friendly helpful service. The process started with bringing a sample of water which they tested to help know which chemicals to use and at what level for weekly maintenance. They took the time to explain each step of the process and gather all the chemicals needed. Pricing was fair for all the products and we were glad to learn they also do onsite service and maintenance. Would highly recommend! Thanks Poolside glad to support a local business!

I should have read the reviews before engaging Poolside…read more.. Contacted the company for pool cleaning and they did a great job in cleaning the pool and getting it ready to be used for summer and then i trusted them way too much, which was my downfall. they recommended changing the sand on the filter, and i bought it, Next thing i know that my in-ground pool had sand in there and when i contacted them, they said that they'll come and clean it up. they came refused that the sand is in there because of the change and has always been there...and said that the sand is in the pool because the pump is old and would cost me $500 to replace including labor& parts, reluctantly i agreed since we were hosting a pool party that weekend and came back home to find out an invoice for $850which listed that i was quoted for $850 for the work which was absolute bologna. i called and conversed with multiple people and after assurances that they'll look into it immediately, my debit card was charged $856 :( and that was the end of that. Lesson learned for me so BUYER BEWARE and read the reviews and get things in writing from them before getting any work done. Giving them 2 stars because they did a good job in cleaning the pool initially.

A few weeks ago, I took in four filters to be cleaned - not a big problem but I just don't have time. Yesterday I picked them up "cleaned" and told them to charge what I assumed would be a standard charge to my account. BIG MISTAKE - look at the photo to see how Custom Pool cleaned these four pool filters. They are filthy, have rocks and sticks embedded in them, and for this Custom Pool dinged my credit card $210. What? The cost of these same four filters NEW is $129.99. Time to go somewhere else.

Our sewer line backed up, as a new home owner, I searched for an answer on why our floor drain was backing up. Unfortunately, from my findings, it was the main sewer line. I searched yelp, for different plumbers, based on reviews and price, made a list and called around. Augie was on my list, not only was he the most economical for our budget, but was able to come out that day. Super nice guy, who knows what he is doing. He was unable to fix the issue completely, due to previous owners neglect in cleaning out the lines, under the giant trees they had planted...let's just say genius! Anyhow, Augie worked with me and recommended a company to come and dig the line outside to fix the problem. His recommendations also checked out. I ended up working with the recommendation after calling around and reviewing the city of Minneapolis list, they were recommended on there too. I am completely satisfied with Augie and Ouverson and will take their advice in the future to make sure lines are cleaned out regularly and do an inspection when buying a house. It would have saved us a lot of money! Highly recommend working with Augie, he will be our guy for our yearly cleaning in the future, since we have some giant trees sitting onto of our sewer lines!

One week and a failed experiment in DIY plumbing later, I decided that something ELSE must be done, and that it would involve a professional. Google brought me to Augie. His website was informative and, given the option, I'll usually go with a local small business. However, when I called, the recording on the other end of the line told me he was away fulfilling his obligation with the National Guard. I certainly couldn't fault him for that, but the clog had only been getting worse, and this could not wait. Dejectedly, I called a big chain drain-cleaning company, navigated the phone tree, and got put on hold twice, when a familiar number popped back up on my screen--Auggie called me back. He was free. He wanted to clean my drain. Things were starting to turn around. He showed up promptly, right when he said he would, even though it was the weekend. Super-friendly. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem, even with my old pipes, even though I had the type of trap he was hoping I didn't. He even gave me some advise about insulting my pipes and whatnot. Nice guy. Doesn't take credit cards. No big deal. In conclusion: An absolute pleasure to do business with.
