They tried to get in touch with someone and no one answered. This could have been prevented if someone was actually in-person in the building, or there was an actual live person contact. The last time I was there, the place could certainly use a good mopping, and the washer didn't have hot water. It's a shame because I love the place and it's been great at times.

The other laundromat I use doesn't, and that is a constant complaint. The reasons I only gave 4 stars is, no vending machines with snacks or drinks. Sometimes you have a lot of laundry, and need a snack! And the other is that there is a 5 dollar fee for stopping a machine after a cycle starts. Sometimes it has to be done if you realize you left something in your pocket that can't be washed, or something in a wrong load. The machines should allow for this. Other laundromats do.

That did not even cover the original cost of the cleaning! I love to support local businesses, but this is the third time we have had to take clothes back for issues! Caveat: I came at 10:30 am on a weekday morning so one's experience is different when it's more crowded? Also, I only used the dryers (dryer broken at home and waiting for repair -- that's a different Yelp review!). +++ Dryers work well. That's why I'm here after all, right? Clothes got perfectly dried. Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. I don't go to a lot of laundromats but that seems fair. + Clean facility. Floors clean, machines clean and not musty. No weird smells inside. + I didn't use change machine but three other customers did and it seemed to work like a charm. No negative attendant experiences that others reported. +++ Wifi! I didn't see the password posted but took a chance and called the service number. Super nice person answered who gave me the password. To save you time (and further calls to the attendant), the password is the address of the place, all lower case. I figure if you're going to go as far as looking up the Yelp review to use their wifi, then you earned it with your industriousness. (No one's going to steal wifi through this Yelp review.) Wifi decent enough for getting your work done - typing this review with it! + Clear instructions posted all around. * TV's not on but I don't mind that. + At least 4-5 carts with wheels that I can see for wheeling your stuff in, between washer and dryer, and back out. + Little vending machine games if you're into that (claw machine!). + Snack machine with an array of sweet and savory snacks plus drinks. + The blue chairs that are in every laundromat! :-D +++ Power outlet in the front waiting area. Two sockets. + Vending machine with an array of products. Update: An attendant showed up and she was talking with regulars. Always love when small business owners talk with regulars.

There's no one to call or contact about a problem, just a paper slip to fill out that will likely be ignored. It should not be legal to run a business and make yourself impossible to contact. To make it worse, machines break down constantly and there's no longer WiFi provided. It's way overpriced here ($7 just to wash, then several more dollars to dry) and none of the machines take credit card, only quarters. This place has somehow gotten worse at the same time they raised prices. If you can't run a business properly in this town then don't run one at all.

Elements of sanity…read more *This wash house changed hands just a few months ago. I drive from SLV to this particular laundromat due to it being civilized, relatively clean, cheaper than SLV. They have paper towels, trash and recycling cans, vending machine, multiple coin dispensers. I haven't seen the inside of the bathroom because you need to download a code on your phone and thats just too much for me to deal with. You can also pay for laundry with your phone, I see other people doing that all the time. They have smaller dryers and larger dryers. Washer sized regular, x3, x6. You can buy soap there. I recently saw a person get their clothes stuck in the wash for "too much soap and not enough clothes" it took the wash house five hours to respond. Mostly it's clean and civilized. There's been times I've had to be a completely different person just to get my laundry done safely and I don't have to do that here. Take advantage of the goodwill being Nextdoor and go shopping during the wash cycle. If you have kids, theirs a nerd store right next to it that looks like it sells packs of cards all day long to real nerds. I think there's also a pizza parlor tucked over in thd back corner. I've been tempted to go look at the fish at the fish store.
