Left and came back. Still wet. Tight schedule already 45 minutes behind. Moved machines and hoping it'll be ok. This has happened a couple times now. Not even worth calling for $2 it's more the time lost being stuck waiting for cloths to dry. Maintenance is not good. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't ever come back. Very upsetting.

Also, I have had a large suitcase stolen from here (thankfully empty!) while I was doing my laundry. Right under my nose!! It is difficult to identify who the attendant on duty is. It's often somebody different--seems like they have high turnover. They like to close down the cafe part at random times, go off somewhere for over an hour, and won't say when they will be coming back. Which is unfortunate because the bathroom is always locked & you can only get access with the attendant's help. This latest time, I was only able to identify the attendant because she walked up to me and identified which machines were working and which weren't. I'm really hoping this place gets bought out soon & replaced with all new machines.

UPDATE: It's been about three days and I just noticed that $10 was billed to my credit card, which I used to swipe to activate my car wash. At the time, the machine did not register. It wasn't even showing as reading my card at the time. So I swiped it twice. I eventually gave up, and went into the filthy run-down laundromat, where I deposited a $10 bill into the change machine, and received only $5 in quarters. So, after being called a liar by the management, I've been charged & $20 for a limp $5 self-serve wash that lasted only 5 minutes on the timer. I want my money back. Until management reaches out to me here with an apology and a refund, I'll continue to tell people what a rip-off operation they are running on their community. Boycott bad businesses.
