The other laundromat I use doesn't, and that is a constant complaint. The reasons I only gave 4 stars is, no vending machines with snacks or drinks. Sometimes you have a lot of laundry, and need a snack! And the other is that there is a 5 dollar fee for stopping a machine after a cycle starts. Sometimes it has to be done if you realize you left something in your pocket that can't be washed, or something in a wrong load. The machines should allow for this. Other laundromats do.

Every time I arrive to drop off or pick up laundry - I am greeted with a friendly smile! Our clothes and bedding are always ready when promised, washed and folded better than I could ever do it myself! And the pricing is great - just 1.50 per pound (most places were $2 - $2.50 per pound). I did some quick math and it's not that much more than the utilities I pay doing laundry at home...not to mention a time saver. If you are busy like me - juggling job, kids, life, etc - this is the answer to sanity!!! I seriously might never do laundry again! Oh - and it looks like their new self wash area is close to done! Brand new washer and dryers throughout the whole place! This is definitely going to be the best laundromat in Scotts Valley! All in all - it's close to perfection - the only thing that would make it better is if they came home and put the laundry away for me (ooh - and cooked us dinner - that would be great too)!!!

There's no one to call or contact about a problem, just a paper slip to fill out that will likely be ignored. It should not be legal to run a business and make yourself impossible to contact. To make it worse, machines break down constantly and there's no longer WiFi provided. It's way overpriced here ($7 just to wash, then several more dollars to dry) and none of the machines take credit card, only quarters. This place has somehow gotten worse at the same time they raised prices. If you can't run a business properly in this town then don't run one at all.

It's close to home and has parking. They don't hover over you like the people across the street at The Mat. You can get weed and cash next door if you are into that kind of thing. But no tacos... I'd give a higher rating but they can't be contacted to address a problem

You can also pay for laundry with your phone, I see other people doing that all the time. They have smaller dryers and larger dryers. Washer sized regular, x3, x6. You can buy soap there. I recently saw a person get their clothes stuck in the wash for "too much soap and not enough clothes" it took the wash house five hours to respond. Mostly it's clean and civilized.
