I love this laundromat. The washers and dryers are new and clean, and there are a lot of them. They are less expensive then other places in the area, and the best thing, they have restrooms. The other laundromat I use doesn't, and that is a constant complaint. The reasons I only gave 4 stars is, no vending machines with snacks or drinks. Sometimes you have a lot of laundry, and need a snack! And the other is that there is a 5 dollar fee for stopping a machine after a cycle starts. Sometimes it has to be done if you realize you left something in your pocket that can't be washed, or something in a wrong load. The machines should allow for this. Other laundromats do. read more

Charged me $19.25 for ONE wash- 3 separate machines. Spent over $100 doing bedding and kids camping stuff. I'm so sad. No answer to calls. Don't use your card here. I posted in a local Scott's valley page and 8 people have said this has happened to them. If the owner reaches out to make this right I would change my review but at the very least I hope this prevents people from being stolen from esp these days. I couldn't afford this. Really disappointed with this laundromat. A large number of the washers and dryers are constantly out of service, which already makes it difficult for customers to do laundry. On top of that, the employee handling the wash-and-fold service takes up many of the few working machines and leaves laundry sitting in the dryers long after it's finished, preventing paying customers from using them. It creates long waits and a frustrating experience overall. Management really needs to do a better job maintaining the machines and making sure customers actually have access to the working ones. read more

Very clean. Has good machine to give you quarters. Powerful Dryers. Several different size of washing machines that are front loading. Open 7 days a week. When staff is on duty they are courteous, professional and helpful. There are many formic top table you can fold your clothes on. Based on location, I do laundry at Bubbles when I don't want to drive out to Seabright to The Laundry Room. I'm hoping Bubbles will consider updating their payment system to accept card payment. This used to be a great laundromat. They are determined to become mediocre. They don't clean the machines. There is visible mold on some of the washers. Today there were discarded large adhesive bandages (yuk!) on top of a machine. I saw the owner go and out and nothing was done. The restroom sign has been taken down. Apparently that's a thing they don't do now. The change machine in front has been broken for a while. They installed a vending machine for products but haven't fixed the dryer displays. Many of the screens have caked junk on them. So yeah, it was fun, but without clean machines, it's hard to run a cleaning business. The machines have a good spin cycle. However I came in in the evening and watched the cleaning people clean and I was really disgusted before by the amount of mold that was in the machines and they didn't do anything about it. Also the machines eat your coins and you're unable to get them back. The mold thing really grossed me out and smelled bad the light cleaner that they use in the evening doesn't do anything if you don't get the mold out. Not a happy camper. I usually like coming to this laundromat. They keep it cleaner than most and most of the machines appear to be working during my visits. However, I've been here twice in past month and the change machine was out of service each time. The nice man next door at the dry cleaners recommended I go to the gas station for change. Yes, I was able to get the change needed for my wash but was greatly inconvenienced. UPDATE:::Within 10 minutes of printing this review I called the business number listed on Yelp for this laundromat and left a voice mail regarding the out of service machine. AND within 20 minutes of that call the owner was there stocking the machine with quarters. I am upping my original 2 star review to a 3 star. I had to use Bubbles when we were waiting for our washer/dryer to be installed a few weeks ago. The place seemed nice enough and it was well-located. However, there was mold/mildew in the washers. : ( My clothes smelled musty after the wash. I have been rewashing the four loads I washed for weeks with vinegar and hot water. Arghh! This is a super clean laundromat and it has great atmosphere. This place is a million times better than that nearby homeless camp dump known as King's Village Wash & Dry. I would honestly give Bubbles Laundromat a 5/5 but there is one gigantic flaw with this place that almost makes this place unuseable. THEY HAVE NO SINK OR BATHROOM!!! When you do laundry, you are going to be handling bleach and detergent which are toxic chemicals that will be on your hands. There is absolutely no way to wash your hands here, no business nearby has a bathroom to use the sink, I had to drive home JUST TO WASH MY HANDS BETWEEN LOADS! I'm lucky that I live nearby but I feel bad for anyone that doesn't, those people are screwed in this scenario and this honestly should be considered a huge health violation. If this place gets a legitimate sink or area for costumers to wash their hands, this place would get a perfect score easily. read more

This place does the job. Laundry is never a fun task to do, but it's gotta get done and this place is clean, well lit, the machines are functional. I also find that there are the least amount of crazy people here, which is an important consideration. I really liked the laundry side of business...I washed a large comforter in 19 min...but do NOT use the dry cleaning side... business stated open at 10:00 am, went 2 days in a row at 11 & 1:00... not open, you call and the phone rings inside of shop. The owner/employee claims traffic each time when finally in the shop at 2:00pm. Husbands expensive pants, needed to be dry cleaned, were obviously washed and barely pressed! I just discovered that the self service part of laundromat is owned by a different person than the alterations and dry cleaning side. This is regarding the dry cleaning owner. I dropped off 2 very expensive (160.00) shirts of my sons to have them laundered and starched. I was told they would be ready 3 days later, I showed up 6 days later and the owner could not locate them.. after about 10 minutes of searching he began to imply that I must have picked them up. I shrugged it off and gave him another day to locate them. He told me he would keep me updated. The following day,almost 24 hours later, he hadn't contacted me so I drove the 10 miles from home to see what was going on. When I got to his store I asked him if he located them and he stated that he hadn't and that I MUST have picked them up already because he had never lost any clothes in his many years on this business. He began to get loud and insinuate that I was lying. I said if he was certain he checked everywhere then he needed to write a check to my son for his property that he lost.. he got very upset and was yelling and pointing ( there is also a significant language barrier with him) he made no attempt to make the situation right, he never even apologized! He told me that I needed to take him to court if I wanted any money back from him! I had no option but to leave.. I did so and called my son. About 5 minutes after I left I received a phone call from him stating he had finally found my sons shirts, I went directly there and picked them up and he was laughing, he somehow thought this was funny now. I was not amused at all. I grabbed my shirts and told him that I would not be paying the 5.00 he was charging due to the fiasco. I then left without so much as an apology from him! Buyer beware!! He said he has no money.. so if you use him still just know if he loses or damages your property, it will be your loss! read more

I was in town this past weekend and had to do some laundry. To my surprise there were 2 people sweeping out water that had flooded the floor. The owner was one of them and he was working hard to remove the water while keeping it safe for his customers. I was impressed by his dedication and concern for his customers. Our washer broke, and there was no Samsung service rep near me. I looked up laundromats in my town and found Bubbles. It was clean including the restroom. There were a TON of washers and driers including extra larges. Change machine took $20's, so that was a relief. The owner, Greg, was there and was more than helpful and kind. I was there this morning and again this afternoon. I preferred the morning, but I would go back--and will probably have to! ;). read more

My favorite laundromat in the area. It's clean with a bathroom which is nice. The machines are definitely on the newer end of the spectrum which is a pleasant surprise for a laundromat. The owners are next door, so if there is an issue, (I've never had one, but a person washing one day said they were quick to respond) sounds like their response time is good. It's near my work which is a bonus for me! Prices are good, very reasonable. There is also about 10 parking spaces in the immediate area which is usually enough. I do laundry on week nights though since I've seen it full on weekends. They offer free WiFi but have perfect cellular signal so I never use it. For my Pokémon Go players, there is a gym very near, but you will have to walk for and 10-30 seconds away from the laundromat. read more

Place looks nice but ended up wasting my damn time and money. Owners need to post if the machines are working or not. Spoke to someonewhere all I can do is write a piece of paper and wait. There are signs clearly stating not to stop your wash mid-cycle...I made the mistake of doing so and called the owner. Two days later, as promised, he sent me my $5 in the mail, with a nice thank you card and a hand-written, personalized message inside. Yay they finally posted the new business name! I've been coming here since September. Nice, newer machines. Front loading washers. Great hours 7am-930pm (that's when the last load can go in). Decent prices $2.75 for normal size washers. 25-cents per 6 minutes on normal size dryers. They have larger machines too, but I haven't used them. Oh, and free wifi. I Coke about every other week and haven't had a problem yet. read more

This is usually an excellent place to do laundry... For the most part it is clean and there are many machines available. On occasion it is really busy (like today!) and the floors are dirty. The added bonus of free WiFi is great. read more
