First I had to argue with the employee that faux fur meant fake fur and not fox fur. That should have been my first red flag, but after I asked him to look up the definition of the word faux, we reached an agreement that it was indeed fake fur. A different employee rang me up for two jackets, I told him that they were vests and he argued with me about it. I was running short on time so decided just to leave and talk with them about it when I picked it up. He also didn't apply the first time customer discount. When I picked up the vests, the employee agreed that they were initially billed incorrectly, changed the ticket to vests, and said the first time discount could no longer be applied. Fine, was satisfied he corrected the bill, until I opened the package to see that not only was the material on the new, unworn vest now matted and rough (looks incorrectly cleaned), but is also now missing its belt. I mentioned the missing belt and the employee explained that since they didn't initially notice the belt, they weren't responsible for tracking it as a separate item. I asked him to look for the belt and he could not find it. I emailed the business asking for a manager to call me and still have not heard back. Recommend that you just save the heartache and go elsewhere.

The dress was thoroughly inspected and any possible areas of concern were brought to my attention, which to me makes great sense. I will definitely return to this business for future dry cleaning or laundry needs. They were professional friendly and efficient. Even though the business is a little farther away from my house than others, I will gladly drive the extra distance. My dress was cleaned, pressed and ready for pick-up by 1 p.m. the next day.

Most coin laundries are run down and a little depressing, but not this one. It's shiny as a new penny. The shenney new washer and dryer machines run on cards that you put money into using another machine. They have even another machine for buying detergent and softener and all that - and another machine next to that for snacks and cold drinks. There are comfortable tables and chairs for people to work and read and hang out. Or you can nip next door to Brady's and get tanked up. And if you don't wanna do your own laundry, they'll do it for you. The crowd here ranges from fresh-faced college students to smiling elderly people and all kinds of rascals in between. It cost me about $10 to do one load last night And then I realized I'd forgotten some things. But that's cool because I wanna go back there and do some writing work.
