Great place to get your tshirts printed! I spoke to a guy named Rob on Tuesday and he said that our 75 screen tee shirts would be ready by Thursday if I placed in my order that day! They were super fast at replying to me with any inquiries I had and even sent me a mock up of what our t-shirts would look like within an hour! Now that's service! When my friend went to pick them up she said that they let her view the shirts before taking them home and also helped her carry it to her car! Great place to get club shirts done. For a black t-shirt with full white ink on the front and back it came to about $7.50/each. I've also washed my shirt two times already and the ink hasn't faded! Great quality as well! =D read more

We ordered a sweatshirt on Aug 14th, for our baseball team that they do the printing for every season. They took forever and when they gave us our order, my sweatshirt was missing. Just hughlighted on their order sheet. No notes, no communication. Never returned any communications that my husband had sent them. By October 9th we were done. They finally tefunded our money on Oct 14th. Kind of a ridiculous that a printnting organization is unable to fulfill a simple order for a customer they do printing for multiple yimes throughout the year. read more

Valley Images top notch service and quality. Hula Networks has used Valley Images for more than 9 years now and we have been extremely happy with everything they have done. They offer phenomenal screen printing onsite and the best embroidery service I have seen. We tried several places before we found Valley images and no one offered the same level of consistent quality. They are truly a full service shop with designers in house allowing you to come with an idea and they will make it a reality. They have a great eye for style and make clothes people want to wear. If you are looking for the best Screen Printing and embroidery in the bay area go see Shelly at Valley Images and tell her Hula Joe sent you. She will take care of you. read more

I've known these guys for going on 10+ years now. I have have asked for some pretty wacky orders in the past that have involved custom art design for car clubs, to golf apparel I've wanted customized with embroidery for my own personal use. Just recently, I asked for another custom job, fully thinking I would need a minimum order size and fully expecting to have some sort of pricing constraints considering the type of shirt stock I wanted. However, it was all smooth sailing. Once again, Matthew and the VI team came through for me and got me exactly what I wanted. In all honesty, the screen print turned out better than I had hoped. I've recommended others to Valley Images before, and I'll continue to do so. This is one customer you'll have for life. read more

Putting it lightly, I will NEVER do business with this company again. I had some shirts printed and when I went to pick up my order, I noticed the placement was WAY too big and VERY crooked (nothing like what I approved and have email to back it). I was also fully willing and prepared to pay for this order and asked if they'd "take care of me" on the next order. Which any good business owner who has solid customer service etiquette would handle. After speaking to one of the reps, he went and got the owner. I tried to have a professional conversation however I was greeted by the owner who literally told me I had NO idea what I was talking about, that prints are always crooked. He was EXTREMELY RUDE, demeaning and yelled at me throughout the conversation in front of other customers. AND to top it off, kept the shirts. He told me to YELP him, he didn't care so here you go. read more

I needed a bunch of t-shirts printed last minute for the MS Walk. I called around a bunch of places and Valley Images was able to do the shirts for me with the three days notice and for a very reasonable price. Other places had a three-week wait. They were very prompt in sending me design logo ideas. I got my shirts 3-days later and was very pleased. Shelley was very friendly. I will definitely go back here and refer my friends! read more

I have been going to Valley Images since it had the other name. Its been so long that I don't even remember what it was called before. I order all my shirts from Valley Images. They are professional and on big orders they drop it off at my work place. That is customer service. I give them ideas and they make it happen. They are good at what they do. They have made hoodies, sweaters, shirts, and cinch bags with our logo. They are fast and respond in a timely manner. Cost is very affordable and overall I am impressed with this company. read more

I called Valley Images because I saw them on yelp and I needed a fast turn around on a t-shirt. I had gotten a call to be on a TV spot the next day and my company tshirt was not going to cut it. I called and sent them my artwork and they got me a quote within 10 minutes. I agreed to the quote and by 8:30 the next morning, I had a brand new Tshirt that looked great. I will be getting all my company shirts from here now! read more

Just had these guys silk screen logos onto 40 rugby jerseys, and they did a great job. I'll use them again, for sure.

I had a small project of 50 shirts that needed to get done asap. They sent me a layout of what the shirt would look like before to make sure it was what I wanted. I haven't actually gotten my t-shirts printed anywhere else but it came out to ~4.00/shirt after the set up fee and taxes (Note - I did have my shirts already). I've been quoted 5-6 dollars a shirt shopping around briefly just to get it printed plus a set up fee. I waited a while to do this because I wanted a chance to wash my shirts a few times, I've washed my personal t-shirt at least 5-10 times by now, no issues with lettering coming off and my font was not very bold at all. read more

I have been going to Valley Images for the past 6 years and I have had nothing but positive experience. Valley Images has done baseball, club soccer and work items for me and they always do an amazing job. Rob, Carlo and the whole team are very friendly and professional and make working with them a pleasure. I cannot think of a more positive experience. Following the San Francisco Giants World Series Championship, I had a jersey customized by Valley Images. When I walked in the door and before, I spoke to any one, I knew, I was in THE RIGHT PLACE. Exsisting styling was incorporated onto the jersey and everything matches, in the right places as requested. They even have promised an item in a matter of just two days .. On my "last minute" notice and request .. having the item ready ..the day I requested. Wish I had known about Valley Images years ago !! Quality Work .. Patient Staff .. Reasonable Pricing !! Wow. Just got off the phone with the owner to discuss a series of issues for a corporate account and was treated to an F-bomb, irrational rants and unprofessional behavior. We had a great account rep for a number of years who retired and service has gone steadily downhill ever since. Very sad and disappointing. Cannot honestly recommend due to our recent experience. read more

What can I say about this shop. Amazing service and quality! The football program at Piedmont Hills is very lucky to have Valley Images as our apparel supplier. Years ago we started working directly with the owners, Rob and Carlo. The turn around time for those "emergency" orders at "gear hand out time" in August has saved us many times. The great service continues with Zack! read more

Their quality appears to be standard, but I will never know. Emailed them for quotes and went in person because I didn't get a reply. I got quicker responses for a bid and decided to go with another company who seemed interested in making us look good. Valley Images, first impressions are important. A lack from prompt response/interest made us go elsewhere. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Mathew Gallop at Valley Images for the last 5 years. Matthew is responsive, brilliant when it comes to design, helps me find the best "deal" and always delivers on time. I started ordering shirts from him for Todd DIssly Athletics. 50 here, 100 there, RUSH me 100 NOW!.. and he always delivered the best quality with a smile and the utmost professionalism. Because he did such a great job for me for my work, I asked him to do all of the practice material for my son's high school Lacrosse team - Saratoga High School. Matthew even created a flyer for my families that showed pictures of the available items to purchase. I cannot tell you how invaluable Matthew has been for me as the team parent. Many sports organizations at Saratoga High School are now using Valley Images and Mathews' services.. I recently moved to Intero Real Estate Services and Matthew is my go-to guy AGAIN! If you want quality products, proffesional service, timely service, honest service, creative service Then ask for Matthew Gallop at Valley Images.
