He told me to bring my driver cap in so they could take a look and see what they could do. I came to the shop with the driver cap that I had purchased on Amazon and the owner Edgar said they would be able to do it for which I was excited about and for a good price. I'm so glad I was found Graphic Affect to help me out. Edgar provided his recommendations on the font, color, and design to make the names show up nicely. I had 10 caps that I needed emobrodiered within a week of my wedding. Edgar and his team were able to get the embroidery done just in time for the wedding! Highly recommend! Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.

I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. The storefront is a bit confusing to find if you haven't been before because their suite is located inside an office area. You have to pass a set of glass doors and then turn a corner to get to their shop. If the door is closed, just call the number on the door and they'll let you in. When I dropped off my tops, I talked to an employee who noted down my design and information. I ended up paying $15 per top which I believe is quite reasonable. Their turnaround was really fast too; both of my items were ready for pick-up 2 days later. I initially contacted them via email regarding their services and overall their communication is quick and clear. Sherry and her team are very swift and kind. She told about how her shop supports individuals with special needs which I think is great. Would highly recommend!
