Each of them helped me at different points during my visit, and all three were fantastic. Jasper saw me wandering around the store looking completely lost and confused and proactively came over to offer help. It was exactly what I needed. He walked me through everything and made it incredibly easy to find what I was looking for. Gianna helped me find some clothing and didn't just point me in the right direction. She actually walked me over and made sure I found what I needed. Then, after I realized I'd made a mistake and needed to come back for a return, Jayden was super helpful and made that process easy too. What really stood out to me was the consistency. Everyone I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, well-trained, and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers. The store was understandably a little chaotic with the back-to-school rush, and quite a few clothes weren't where they belonged. But it certainly wasn't for a lack of effort. Employees were constantly moving around, folding clothes, organizing things, and trying to keep up with what was clearly a very busy time. The store itself could probably use a little updating, but the service more than made up for it. Five stars from me. And a special thank you again to Jasper, Gianna, and Jayden for making the experience such a positive one!

I didn't look too closely at women's clothing since we were here for my bf but there were a lot of options for men's work clothing, machinery aprons, shirts, jackets, boots in quality brands and he found the Carhartt overalls he wanted. Parking is a bit weird, we ended up turning in on the side street and parallel parking then walking over. People here were also super friendly but left you alone if you said you were fine. Guy at the register chatted with us about the weather and coffee and was overall pretty personable

Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.

On June 24th I emailed them to let them know I had not received my swimsuit, and that the tracking number showed that it was delivered to the incorrect city/ address. They replied, and told me they sent me the incorrect tracking number. Two days later on June 26th I finally received the swimsuit, but it was the wrong style and two sizes too small. So I emailed them again, and requested they send a return label for the swimsuit they incorrectly sent, and requested that they send the correct style, but asked they send it two sizes larger this time. They did not reply to this email, but sent the suit in the right style, but with the original smaller size that I had emailed them was too small. Again, I emailed them requesting a return label for the other swimsuit, and the larger size suit. Since then, I have sent several more emails and have not received a response. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit my daughter, and I am out $52. I have tried calling but no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. If your ordering from this store, make sure you know the exact size, because there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES despite what their website claims.
