I cannot say enough good things about Michelle at Prestige Realty. My brother was in an incredibly…read moredifficult situation: recently homeless, with no credit history and a criminal record, but determined to get back on his feet after landing a job. Finding housing felt nearly impossible. Every lead we pursued turned out to be unreliable or a scam, and we were running out of options. Then we found Michelle. From the very first conversation, she treated my brother with dignity and genuine care. She understood his situation without judgment, took the time to truly listen, and got to work immediately. Within a short time, she had identified a legitimate, affordable apartment that fit his budget and his needs, something we had been struggling to do on our own for weeks. Michelle is the rare combination of kind, considerate, AND competent. She didn't just go through the motions. She advocated for my brother when it mattered most. For anyone navigating housing with a complicated background, limited credit, or just feeling like the system is working against them, Michelle is exactly the person you need in your corner. She gave my brother more than an apartment. She gave him a real fresh start. Thank you, Michelle. You changed his life.

I would like to preface my review that I had zero dealings with anyone else at Real Estate…read moreManagment Network, LLC otherwise known as REMNLLC. I do not know or have had any interaction with "Frank" or "Jo". Chadwick Myers aka Chadwyke Myers with remnllc or Real Estate Managment Network, LLC, should be avoided in the property management realm if you are a tenant if at all possible. The few times I saw him in person and during working hours, he smelled strongly of alcohol and was difficult to communicate with due to his level of inebriation. I would not expect to have any communication with this property manager. It's apparent that previous water damage to the property I was renting existed due to pure negligence as I had contacted him about a water leak in the guest bathroom, and he never responded or fixed the issue. There was water damage to the bathroom as a result, which upon move out I was NOT charged for. I should also add that I wasn't charged for any water damage that was pre-existing to the property. The sink in the kitchen had rotten wood that I had pointed out to him and in turn added a foul odor to the property. There's also rotten flooring throughout the property. I was charged for a plethora of pre-existing damages to the property that were annotated on my move in checklist and also noted by Chadwick himself upon move that he said he would come take a look at later, which he did not... and ultimately grossly and wrongly overcharged me for. There were also complications with his billing system which resulted in being charged twice for rent for multiple months. I was charged double rent for two months in his system, and received no response from him via telephone or email when trying to contact to fix/resolve issue. I did have some concern as he has obvious alcohol/substance abuse issues and had presented himself to the apartment on a few occasions in an obvious inebriated state. He's impossible to communicate with on any level. He repeats himself constantly and doesn't comprehend much of what you are trying to convey to him. I literally had no hot water for my whole lease. With a month left on the lease, the upstairs neighbor, who was probably the best neighbor I've ever had, needed professional plumber to work on a clogged sink. I asked the plumber to take a look at the hot water issue, as Chadwick had still not even attempted to troubleshoot the problem. Chadwick had showed up, unannounced, at the same time so he is fully aware of the issue. The plumber had found some complication with the HVAC system and the hot water system that requires re-circulator be running in order to have hot water. Unfortunately, the unit is loud, I work from home, and you can not run the hot water and the air conditioner at the same time. So with a month left on my lease, and ample notice per rental agreement, I decided not to renew as it was evident that Chadwick was going to continue being a pain to deal with. Upon move out he kept my deposit as well as charged me 850 dollars on top of it for all the items listed on my move in checklist. He will not provide the checklist I submitted to him, won't respond to any emails or phone calls. I'm not in the country, so I am unable to challenge in court so he's taking full advantage of that fact. I hope this warning keeps future tenants from having to deal with this. I have never had an unfavorable rental experience, and I have been renting properties since 2000.

I obtained Fort Lowell Realty in 2021 to manage my duplex. In the beginning, I had responsive and…read morecommunicative property managers. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!
