We have recently found black mold in our vents. We made TWO emergency maintenance orders for it as…read more we have two small children, one as young as 3 months old. Never got put in. Called this morning, that one wasn't put in either. Called the office directly, that one was finally put in. And the whole time I got told it was dust and dirt and "mold isn't a thing". I was asked if i was a first time mom and when i said no, the older maintenance worker had said "just wanted to make sure you weren't just an over protective first time mom". We have been sick since before November. We have had respiratory infections, pink eye, cough that never leaves, my son and i have been on constant nebulizer treatments for our asthma, sore throats, etc. A month ago we had annual inspection, I had notified the office lady plus maintenance who was with her and was told it was the air filter. It is not. But they switched it out anyway. Nothing is being done. It is currently inhabitable. We are being told we are wrong, Arizona "doesn't grow mold" and that we don't know what we are looking at. Changing vent covers isn't enough, the whole system needs to be sterilized. People die from black mold. But they don't care. Please go somewhere else.

By law, her, and her company, must accept maintenance requests. Her position is that they do not have to accept maintenance requests. I've never heard of a property manager who claims that they do not need to accept maintenance requests and it is not their responsibility. I have also filed an ethics violation complaint with the association of realtors and will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Department of real estate regarding her license as a real estate agent. She is not a person that should hold a position of authority or licensure in the state of Arizona. Run away as quickly as you can from Ann and Gregory real estate. Update: Please see her unhinged reply making up things "my mom" said. This lady has lost it (if she ever had it in the first place). Scary! We will have to see what assoc of Realtors and ADRL have to say about her unhinged behavior and recorded calls with someone claiming to be her. Read some of her other replies for a laugh as well. Apparently she can hear everyone who calls "from all the way down the hall in her office." Sometimes all you can do is laugh and say "how do people like Ann even exist!?"

These owners will be in for a rude awakening, the walls, carpet, backyard, driveway and repairs of all ring doorbells and stolen fire alarms are due to not screening these tenants.
