Great prep school do it!! All materials are great and super helpful support staff. If you study well you ll get pre licensed and ready to register for the pearson test. read more

This place is just a money pit. You pay for course and they say course expired and you have to pay again. TOTAL RIPOFF!!! read more

This "school" is just a money grab. I got sucked in because the price was lower than others and it was online. You have 6 months to complete the course and pass the in-person ONLY final or pay a $99 extension fee. It's $25 extra each time you take the final and driving to remote locations to take the exam, which you are set up to fail. Many of the questions are not even in the course material and you can pass their practice exams repeatedly, but none of those questions are on the final exam either. 3 fails and you're out about $600 with nothing to show for it. read more

Jeff is an asshole. There is no one in their office, and I can't get through to anyone on the phone. This company is a joke. I had to look up Jeff's actual office number, and got berated for calling him on that line. I'm just trying to finish my test, and I got no support. Aside from the many typos in the curriculum, this course is a joke and there is no support. Stay away! Update: After being berated by Jeff, my account got cancelled which was paid for, so now I can't finish the contract writing course. Thanks Jeff! read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I originally purchased their Arizona real estate course and later paid additional money for an extension. After successfully passing my Contract class, I contacted them because my remaining classes had expired. That's when they told me I "should have never received" the extension in the first place due to the time gap between my initial purchase and then informed me they would be deleting my account. So not only did they take my money for both the course and the extension, but they later claimed the extension should never have been granted and refused to honor it. I wasted both time and money relying on this company. To make matters worse, there is no phone support available. When issues arise, you're stuck with limited communication and no real-time help. If you're pursuing your Arizona real estate license, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. There are far more reputable and responsive education providers out there. read more

CE online course require you to schedule and sit for in-person test. That would cost you another $25 and travel time and trouble. Also, they want to charge you $25 for canceling the courses even if you do it right away. If you expect totally virtual finish, Don't! If you expect to try and see, even very briefly, Don't! It seems to me that they operate a bait and milk business practice. I've never heard of any cancellation "administration" fee from others. They claim sitting for final exam is state requirement. Not true. read more

I had high hopes for this online course to help prepare for the Arizona Salesperson exam. After finishing all 18 sessions then taking practice tests elsewhere, I found the information to be utter garbage sprinkled with some basic facts about the subject. The course was disjointed. It didn't follow any semblance of a real learning experience and the format was terrible. It was the worst of the worst. Not intuitive at all. I tried to get a refund after realizing what shite this course was but of course they denied me. Anyone who spends a single dime on this course should have their head examined because they will just be throwing good money away on trash. We really should file a class action lawsuit against this company or person for millions. Maybe billions. read more

I would not recommend this course to anyone in the military or military families, they will not refund you if you are moving to another state and will not make use of the course. I am so disappointed I should have used the CE shop. read more

Terrible mistake to choose this school. The study material has ALOT of errors as well as contradictions. The quizzes have way too many "trick" questions rather than testing your knowledge to see if you know the material. That combined with the errors and typos, makes it hard to know if you are learning the right material. read more

Not the best experience, there were a lot of errors in the material, and some of the practice questions contradicted themselves, which made understanding the material difficult. Also getting ahold of someone for support is pretty difficult. I had a couple tech issues and ended up retaking entire sections before I heard back from anyone. I took both the school exams 1 and 2 and have not passed yet; exam 1 had so many trick questions, like multiple answers could have been correct. I'll admit some of the questions I thought I knew 100% so I didn't bother to read through all of the possible answers after selecting the right answer but some answers were "more correct" I guess? Exam 2 was 50% of topics the school did not even cover at all, 25% were like trick questions again, and the rest were pretty straight forward. I've tried calling to get extra support or question the exam content and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. I'm on to exam 3 now, and apparently if I don't pass again, I have to retake the 90 hours school again? Big time suck. And this is coming from someone who works with realtors on the daily and have bought and sold several of my own properties. Would not recommend. read more

if i had an option to leave zero stars i would. first of all if you like to speak to customer service over the phone, you cannot and they do not try to accomodate you. i had to communicate only through email which then they kept blowing me off saying that "everything works on their end"....well it does not work on my end it would just keep rerouting me back to they buying options. worst experrience of my life! read more

I really really want to tell you this is the best real estate course that I've ever taken you do need to pay attention and study while you're reading the one through 18 but it's real self-explanatory and he's so helpful and I just want to give them a great review the only thing I did is I didn't kind of like cramped I cram packed and it kind of screwed me up but you have to really put your mind into it and bust it out thank you read more

All I can say is stay away. This company will happily take your money but watch out!!! Tick tock tick tock! This online course is only for six months they will not warn you or tell you even if you were in the middle or just about to finish, they will pull the plug and throw you under the bus. I was in my last three hours of a contract class and because my online course expired. With no warning they pull the plug. Not allowing me to access anything online and not honoring any of the contract class I completed. Furthermore refusing to let me finish the three hours unless I paid a $99 extension fee. Instead of taking peoples money and then throwing them under the bus why not provide great customer service by letting pupils know their Time is running out with a simple email. So sad they're using this angle to bilk more money out of their customers pockets. read more

I just finished my 90 hour online salesperson course with American Realty Academy and I must say that I am very impressed with the course and the administrators of the course. They were always helpful with answers to my questions and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend American Realty Academy to anyone looking to get their Arizona real estate license or brokers license! read more

Do yourself a favor and find a better school to get your license. This course had WAY TOO MANY errors, it seemed like it was a rough draft waiting to be edited. There were slides that had white lettering on a yellow background, impossible to read. If you have questions you better be prepared to wait a few days for a response. Halfway through the course I was convinced this was a scam, how could something that's labeled as professional have so many stupid mistakes? Called Jeff out for this unprofessionalism and he got insulted and tried to insult me. Jeff is a man child at most. I ended up finishing the course thanks to many outside resources so since this course was able to provide me with a license I can give this course one star. Spend a little more money and go with a professional course. read more

I signed up for ARAs computer-based training with a goal of finishing as quickly as possible whilst still meeting the requirement of 90 hours. It turned out to be a hybrid of sorts where Jeff did reviews with us to ensure we understood concepts. This was the most helpful part of the program because the CBT material (which is the states content and is sometimes confusing and occasionally even incorrect). Jeff is vested in ensuring you understand the concepts so you will pass your tests. He'll spend as much time with you as needed. I recommend ARA for anyone interested in passing their national and AZ exams. read more

10/10. This course covered ALL material that was on the Real Estate Sales Exam. I took the online course and my questions were answered either immediately via phone, or within 10-15 minutes if I emailed. I also attended a review session and the staff answered any and all questions or gave in depth explanations on topics you may have been struggling with. This staff made me feel comfortable asking questions and has still been in communication with me to answer "post exam" questions pertaining to applying for my license as well as career plans. read more

Stay away from this school. Worst online program ever. Gives minimal information on powerpoint slides. Book is filled with typos and mistakes. Questions on the exam are written to confuse you and there are questions that do not apply to AZ. read more

I have just finished my 90-hour pre-licensing classroom course at American Realty Academy. I love the fact that the instructor/Broker, Jeff has been very supportive along the way. I love the way he presents the materials. Not only i think he is an experienced broker, but also he is a great teacher. Thank you! I highly recommend this school to those who are considering getting your real estate pre-licensing training done. read more

So happy I chose American Realty as my pre-licensing course. The content was very thought out and easy to follow/understand. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with my experience, and will be recommending it to anyone I know who is interested in beginning their career in Real Estate. I'm excited to take the Contract Writing Course from them as well. read more

I completed the online class through American Realty Academy. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly and efficiently answered. It was so nice to be able to go at a pace that worked for me and my busy schedule. The owner Jeffery Davis really cares about the success of his students, as well as making sure they understand the vast information that is covered. I took both the crash study course and the contract writing course with Jeff. I was blown away by how well he broke things down and made sense of confusing topics. A lot of times in life those who "can't" teach. Not the case at American Realty Academy, the owner/teacher Jeff is also a successful real estate broker. Don't hesitate to use American Realty Academy, as I am confident if you put in the work you will pass and actually learn and retain what you need to know. I just passed my state exam today on the FIRST try. Thanks again for all the help! read more
