We paired them with the sweet potato hash and a croissant, and everything was beautifully presented. Our server Gabi was fantastic -- friendly, fun, and even offered to snap a photo with us. On this occasion, we placed ourself on the waitlist through the Yelp app. We started off as 5th in line and then by the time we arrived we were number 1. We ended up parking at the garage across the street so it worked out perfectly. For brunch, I ended up getting the steak breakfast sandwich. That was really delicious. It came with a chimichurri sauce. I would say the only thing is that my bread was a little soggy cause they overdid the sauce so in hindsight, I probably would ask that they either take some of the moisture out of the steak and eggs or maybe just ask for my sauce on the side since the bread did get a little soggy. On reheating the second half in the air fryer I was able to get my bread more crispy. My husband got the chicken and waffles and he enjoyed that he liked that the chicken was breast. The only thing he would suggest is that if you could add an extra piece of chicken that would've been more hardy as he did finish the whole meal. We also tried pecan roll and that was pretty tasty. They ended up heating that up for us. For drinks, my husband got the espresso martinis sub with bourbon and he enjoyed that. I got a blueberry lemon martini (tart) and that was tasty. I also was able to try the banana chai latte iced to go and that was really refreshing. I am on the fence as to if I would return. I will say that the staff was really nice and even though they were mostly pretty young, they were receptive. However, when I got home, I noticed that that same day this establishment was on the dirty dining list. So that could be why the staff was overly nice that day. However, our experience was fine and the three things that were on the dirty dining list weren't too horrible. But I really wish I would've known that before eating there that day. It would seem like if you are put on the dirty dining list that you're rating if you got cited would be outside on the restaurant that day, but I didn't see anything indicating that. So that was a bummer but we actually really did enjoy our dining experience and the restaurant itself was really open and bright.

Another staff member brought our drinks after we ordered and our server eventually made it around to us after saying he had a bunch of tables - I get it, it was Easter! I had the prep sausage breakfast Sammie which was amazing. The potatoes that came with it were so deliciously crispy. I also ordered a blueberry lemon mimosa which was incredible. It was so light and refreshing. One of our friends had to ask another server to bring his hot coffee around after he was the only one to not get it. It was my boyfriend's birthday so they also offered him a free pastry. I tried the chocolate chip cookie he picked out which was so good. I told the server I wanted to pay for my boyfriend and he acted like he charged me, however, as he made his way around the table he ended up charging my bf for his meal! I was a little confused with our server but other than that I absolutely loved this place. I think it was just the rush of the holiday and all. Next time I'd love to sit outside and enjoy downtown Gilbert and all its cuteness.

Ordered their: Harissa Shakshuka, which is say was a 9/10 in flavor and presentation. Strawberry mimosa, also a 9/10 in term of alcohol to juice ratio. Unfortunately, their service that day was subpar. I'd say about 6/10. Not attentive enough. I think this spot is just popular so you're probably going to experience a hit or miss moment when it comes to service.

As a second grader, she is more confident and accurate with math. She goes 5 days a week one hour each day and never complained about going to Mathnesium. She actually enjoys going there which makes everything 100x better as for parents. I have two more kiddos at the age of 5 and 4. When they are old enough, I am definitely enrolling them to Mathnesium. Hopefully you guys have some sort of family discount because it gets pricey, but well worth the money. You will have our business until all my 3 kiddos finish high school.

When the state changed over to Common Core, my daughter was going into 4th grade. The new…read morestandards were applied differently for grades. Ideas that were previously taught in 4th grade, were now going to be taught in 3rd grade. At the time I didn't realize the change and the teachers she had didn't inform me that there would be gaps due to this change. My daughter, who previously had loved math and got A's, went down to C's that year and then started dragging the next years. I thought it was due to her not wanting to do homework. I had no idea that she was working blind because Common Core changed not just when subjects were taught but also how they were taught. Her grades continued to plummet and we were all frustrated as she was barely making D's. It wasn't until mid year in 7th grade talking with her teacher I found out how bad the gaps were. That day, I made my appointment with Mathnasium. Rachel was fantastic and worked with me and a payment schedule to include assessments. We decided on a 6 month contract and reevaluate my daughter's progress at the end. What I liked: -My daughter liked going. She was enjoying it and the incentives really had her working towards goals. -Rachel was terrific! She was very easy to communicate with and open to discussing any issues that came up. -The schedule was incredibly flexible. I never had a problem getting the time I was looking for -Half the session could be spent on tutoring her homework. My daughter wasn't exclusively tied to the "plan" her assessment gave. This allowed her to learn as she was filling in gaps. What could be improved: -The online scheduling is clunky and awkward. There must be a better system. What I loved: -My daughter saw almost immediate improvement in not just her grades but also her attitude toward math. One month into the program and her grades when from nearly failing to high B's/low A's. 2 months and she was achieving A's. At the end of 6 months, she is now succeeding in math again and no longer dreads it. She is all A's in Math so far this year and it is the first homework she gets done now. I am not going to lie, this is expensive. For us, however, we decided the investment was worth it to get our daughter back on a successful path. If in the future, issues raise their head, we will be back.

We first started ordering after our second child was born and just needed readily-accessible healthy meals. The meals are very fairly priced, and the quality is always great. I'm not saying they are perfect, but no person or business is. The key is that they always make it right in the rare case where there was an issue. Also, their delivery people are always courteous and respectful - in particular Patricia has been so kind to make sure not to ring the doorbell late in case our kids are already in bed. Thank you Next Step! Keep up the good work!

Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.
